Astroglide X Gives New Meaning To The Slip ‘N’ Slide

We were lucky enough to snag a sample of Astroglide X, a silicone lubricant that's fragrance, hormone and flavor-free, designed to last extra long and feel silky smooth. So, was it pure "sexcitement" as promised?

Overall, X took care of business. It is thinner than other lubes we've tried which made it a bit messier as there was more drippage and slippage upon application. On a cock this doesn't really matter because it'll just trail down onto your dude, but with toys it was more problematic as a solid squirt would just slip right off onto the bed. Nevertheless, a bit of quick smooshing around with the fingertips distributed it enough so that it stayed in place.

It did feel thinner even so, and, though it took more to achieve our preferred slickness initially, it did manage to stay in place and do its job for a good while. A change in position or entry point did require reapplication, which is to be expected. So, basic functionality is there.

But on a totally girly note, we have become somewhat accustomed to the attractively designed bottles of Babeland's BabeLube -- and Astroglide's definitely on the pared down side. We'd say it makes a great DudeLube as it's extremely no frills, just practical. And it works. So for ladies looking for something a little special we'd tend to stick with our Babeland gussied up goodies. But if you just want to get down to business, Astroglide X makes for a solid, if not dudely, dick-slicking choice.
