See Adult Time's "Perspective"
AVN Hall of Famer/AVN Female Performer of the Year Angela White stars in Adult Time's feature "Perspective". Directed by Bree Mills, the movie examines how different people can experience the same event in different ways and viewing this movie is an unforgettable experience. White plays the embattled wife of an emotionally intense Seth Gamble and if you are a White fan, you need to watch White's incredible range and her drive to deliver a striking performance in this.
Hello, Angela! How are you doing? How are things?
"Everything is fantastic. Thank you for taking the time to interview me."
Congrats on the release of "Perspective"! You put a ton of time into your role in this. How does it feel having it out in the world?
"It feels incredible. Seth and I put a lot of work into preparing for our roles, we met each other on our own time for rehearsals and even saw an acting coach both separately and together. Everyone was heavily dedicated to this project. The entire cast and crew put their hearts and souls into the movie and the post-production team at Adult Time worked tirelessly to edit and market the release. I'm so proud of what we were able to accomplish as a team."
After having worked with Bree Mills a bunch of times and most notably on Pure Taboo's "Weight Of Infidelity", how did you feel about taking this very unique project on with her?
"Bree Mills is an extremely talented writer and director, and it was an honor to be cast for this unique and important role. The script gave me a platform to showcase my range as an actor; moving from confidence, strength and ruthlessness to vulnerability, fear and despair. When I took on the role, I knew it would demand my growth as an actor and a performer and I'm so glad I was given the opportunity to take on this challenge."
How was working with Seth Gamble in this very intense production? It seems like you would have to be in a place of enormous trust to be successful in this.
"It was a privilege to work closely with Seth in the months leading up to production and over the two weeks that we shot the film. I have so much admiration and respect for Seth; his talent as an actor and performer is truly inspiring. There were moments where I was brought to tears by his heartfelt performances. I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated or supportive co-star. I trusted him completely and I learnt a lot from him during the filming process."
What about your character resonated most for you? What did you know that you understood about her?
"I appreciated Jennifer's resilience. Jennifer is doing her best to get out of an abusive relationship but it's not a simple linear path to safety. It's easy to empathize with the Jennifer that we meet in the second half of the film."
Sexually, what stood out most for you in this movie? Did the plot bring something out of you that you didn't expect in any place in this?
"I loved indulging in Jennifer's lustful sexuality in the first half of the film. It's fun to play the villain, and even more fun to fuck as the villain. That version of Jennifer ruthlessly and unapologetically takes what she wants. The sex drives the story so you see a very different style of fucking in the second half of the film."
What was it like performing alternate performances of the same scene on the same day?
"It was a challenge switching between the different perspectives, especially when the performances required such intense emotional reactions. One minute I'm callous and controlling and the next minute I'm fearing for my life. It was an emotional roller coaster."
What would you most like people to learn from this movie?
"As the title suggests, this movie is all about seeing things from a different perspective. I hope the movie compels viewers to not take things at face value, to be compassionate and empathetic, and to consider other people's perspectives. There's always more than one side to a story."
So what else is coming up for you? What should your fans be on the look out for?
"Bree and I just shot a Halloween special called "Fertile" that features a floating penis among other oddities. Fans should also be on the look out for my Jules Jordan showcase "Angela White: Dark Side", my all-girl showcase "Angela Loves Women 5", my lead role in Digital Playground's "Exposure” and Kayden Kross' highly-anticipated feature ”Drive".
Is there anything that you would like to say to your fans here at Fleshbot?
"I'd like to thank my fans for their continued love and support. I hope that you enjoy Perspective and would love to hear your thoughts."
