Porno Plastic Surgery: Briana Banks

Welcome back to Masterpiece Theater ... or at least Fleshbot's version thereof, wherein our secret surgery sleuth takes a closer look at The Boobs That Made The Pornstars Famous. This week: the very lovely Briana Banks, whose stage name wasn't the only thing she changed when she set her sights on bigger quarry in Porn Valley. (And just in time for Halloween, too. Tricks or treats? You decide!)

Briana Banks has always a stunning face and slender body, but back in the days when she was known as 'Mirage' and allowed Max Hardcore to pee on her for profit, she also had a lovely set of natural hooters:

Realizing perhaps that 'Mirage' sounded more like the name of a suburban strip club than a porn-princess-to-be, she went and changed her name to the more alliterative Briana Banks ... and acquired a brand new set of jugs to go along with it:

There are certain camera angles that don't exactly flatter that basketballs-stapled-to-the-chest look; check out the above photoset to see some of them. Losing a fair amount of weight (which she could barely afford to begin with) also didn't help matters much. In this next set of pics, Briana's breasts appear to be making a run for her armpits rather than the border:

Could meeting mentor and fellow Sister-in-Surgery Jenna Jameson have had anything to do with Briana's transformation? One looks past the matching hairstyles and anal beads, and wonders:

Clearly getting tired of trying to corral her ta-tas into a functional, off-the-shelf bra, Briana went and got a second set. Better than the first—and at least her nipples are both pointing in the same direction this time—but still rather bulbous on her small frame, not unlike vaguely conical cantaloupes stuffed into her chest cavity:

Which pretty much brings us to Briana today, enjoying her status as a Vivid and Club Jenna girl, coffee table book model, and the "industry's reigning wild child". We actually think she's looking better than ever lately, now that she's living clean and has gained back the weight she lost during a bad spell a while ago ... just as long as she remembers to make sure she's photographed from the proper angle when she flickers across our screens.
