What's going on here? Well, Demi Lovato decided that it would be in her best interest to grab the attention of Wilmer Valderrama by giving him a glimpse of what she's hiding underneath her dress. Typically most women would wait until they were behind closed doors to spread their legs and give someone a sneak peek of what they were working with, but Demi Lovato obviously falls into an entirely different breed of woman.

The best part about this whole ordeal is the fact that although Wilmer may not look too enthused, we are pretty damn happy to see what's doing underneath that dress. Nice panties, Demi. Black was a fantastic choice.

These photos were snapped by some random asshole as Demi was hopping into Wilmer's shag wagon, after attending Nick Jonas' Album Release Party in West Hollywood. What a terrible date night. There might have been alcohol involved, which would explain why she wasn't focused on the fact that her panty-clad vag was in clear view but then again she also might have just wanted to give Wilmer a close-up view of what she had to offer.

Regardless of why Demi felt the need to surprise Wilmer with his own personal up-skirt party, at least we all got the opportunity to look too!
