The campaign launched just in time for Valentine’s Day, featuring the crooner in multiple looks, including a burgundy shirt and matching boxer briefs and then shirtless in gray and blue briefs. One might say Usher’s smooth moves during his halftime show performance during the Superbowl are a perfect fit for the smooth and flexible way SKIMS move with your body.

In a statement about the underwear campaign, Usher said, “When I was asked to partner with SKIMS Mens, I was so humbled.” He continues, "Kim’s been a longtime friend of mine who’s always been so supportive of my work, so the opportunity to collaborate together on a campaign that supports both of our highly anticipated launches made total sense. Launching this campaign ahead of multiple career milestones feels like a full circle moment, with SKIMS supporting the release of my new album, COMING HOME.”

This Kim Kardashian and Usher fashion collab includes something special for consumers – a digital download of Usher’s new album, Coming Home, which dropped on February 9. The limited-edition download is available on the SKIMS website and includes an exclusive bonus track for fans.

In talking more about the collab, Usher added that, "With the way that I move, being this comfortable in what you wear is essential. Skims is about embracing who you are, inside and out, and feeling empowered to express yourself authentically."

Coming Home is the “Yeah” performer’s ninth album and is described as Usher’s first new full-length LP in eight years. It combines traditional R&B and contemporary production. The album’s music shows fans a more vulnerable side of the singer along with storytelling and the sophisticated sounds of Atlanta bounce.

You can download the full album for $5 (price as of press time) and hear songs Coming Home by Usher and Burna Boy, Good Good by Usher, Summer Walker and 21 Savage, A-Town Girl by Usher and Latto, and Cold Blooded by Usher and The-Dream.

Kim Kardashian launched SKIMS Mens last fall featuring three collections designed with comfort, style, and fit in mind, according to the company’s website. She also announced a multi-year partnership with the National Basketball Association (NBA) last fall, making the brand the official underwear partner of the NBA, the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and USA Basketball.

The brand was co-founded in 2019 by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede as a “solutions-oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear,” according to its website. The brand touts technically constructed shapewear and underwear that stretches to twice its size. The company’s goal in part is to advance the shapewear and underwear industry for the future.
