What kind of girl were you back in high school? Who did you hang out with/date?

"I was a shy girl. I was a cheerleader throughout high school. I worked three jobs: bartending, Mommy & Me classes, as well as at a tanning salon. I hung out with my two best friends mainly. They are still my very good girlfriends to this day."

Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?

"I was not a porn fan before I got into the industry. I really did not watch much porn, to be honest. I still do not watch much porn."

What do you think shaped you into the performer that we see in your porno?

"I think for the most part I remain myself. I portray myself in a lot of my scenes and interviews. I haven't changed much from that shy girl in high school. I'm still that shy girl who is a workaholic. I've always been a bubbly girl-next-door type girl in my real life, so it's not that difficult to portray that in Whitney Westgate."

What/who do you want to do on-camera that you haven’t done yet?

"There is a lot I have yet to do on camera and I'm not sure I ever will. I like the anticipation I get from the fans. They never know what's coming next, it makes things exciting."

Who is your favorite male performer/female performer to work with and why?

"I have so many favorites. I have worked with so much great talent it is hard to pick just a few. I would have to say working with my friends in the industry is always a pleasure."

You seem to love your fans and communicate with them a bunch on Twitter. Tell me how having this fan base has changed your life.

"It is a great feeling to get an overwhelming amount of positive energy from the fans. I get emails from fans appreciating my work and wanting to meet me. This is crazy to me because I still feel like a normal 21 year-old lady. So for people to want my autograph and take pictures with me is overwhelming. I've remained humble and appreciate every fan I have."

What’s your favorite position to get fucked in and why does it get you off?

"I love doggy!"

How was working with Mason?

"Mason is such a pleasure to work with. She is a perfectionist, which is great for me because the work comes out beautiful and amazing. She is such a sweetheart as well. I have to say she is one of my favorite directors to work with."

What is one thing you would teach a woman who wanted to be a better sexual partner?

"I would just teach them to be confident in themselves. Have fun with it, be silly, do not be afraid to be yourself and try new things. There is no right or wrong way to be sexual, you just have to put your own stamp of originality on it."

What are the best things about being a porn star?

"I love traveling and getting to see the world. We travel a lot, whether it be in the U.S. or out of the country, so it's interesting to be out of your element. I love meeting different people as well."

What did you enjoy most about your scene in “Pure Desire 5”?

"To be honest, everything! The talent, crew, director, everyone was a pleasure to work with. The scene came out beautiful as well as the pictures."

What/who do you have “pure desire” for?

"Nothing."

Who are your role models in porn and how/why do they inspire you?

"I admire anyone who has a strong work ethic and strong sense of responsibility."

What do you most want to achieve as a porn star?

"I actually enjoy doing charity events and using the notoriety towards awareness. I hope to empower women to be sexy and confident in themselves—to embrace being a woman and not to shy away from being who you are."

What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently?

"I usually don't have enough time to make it to the movies to see the latest. But, I did recently go see 'The Maze Runner' and it was pretty good. My favorite movies are still 'Goodfellas' and 'The Green Mile'."

How about the best porno movie? Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?

"No."

Are you into toys to get yourself off alone or are you a low-tech woman?

"Yes! I absolutely love the body wand! Vibrators are great."

"Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie."

What is coming up for you?

"I currently don't have anything coming up. I've been busy at home trying to finish my degree. But you never know, things are always changing and opportunities are always popping up."
