Ruth Wilson’s Naked Body Is One To Remember In Showtime’s ‘The Affair’

The Affair is Showtime's new drama. It officially debuts this Sunday but you can watch it here. It stars the awesome Ruth Wilson from Luther, Joshua Jackson, Dominic West and Maura Tierney. It's about a schoolteacher and novelist in NYC named Noah (Jackson) who is happily married to his wife Helen (Tierney). He's pissed how much they have to lean on Helen's wealthy dad to make ends meet.

Enter Allison (Wilson). She's a married, young waitress trying to move on after a tragedy. Noah and Allison meet in Long Island and eventually they have the titular affair. I'm sure it's a little more complicated than that but that's pretty much the gist of it. I'm a big fan of Wilson, even if she won't be British in this one. I mean really, what difference would it make to the story if she's English? Speaking of fake accents, Detective McNulty being in this is a plus. Tierney is fine and I'm sure there are some Pacey and/or Fringe fans out there excited about Jackson. Either way, I'll be watching.

Also, since it's on Showtime, there'll be nudity! In the pilot, Wilson shows her butt and boobs twice during her sex scenes with Jackson. If this isn't her nude debut, it's definitely her American TV nudie coming out.
We get to see more boob and her tan lined bum while showering. Tierney slips a little nip during a sex scene too. The Affair begins Sunday, October 12 at 10/9c on Showtime.
