Everybody can use a little spice in their lives, and what better way to heat things up than with a little hot sauce! What’s even hotter is watching sexy celebs take the heat on the Hot Ones hot sauce challenge with host Sean Evans. Check out these top five celebs in our Hot Ones series this week:

Jennifer Lawrence

Academy-award-winning actress and bombshell Jennifer Lawrence has long turned heads. She’s so hot, she was even “catching fire” in one of her Hunger Games movies. But just how hot can she get?

Wings 1, 2, and 3 are a cakewalk for the movie star. “This one is warm,” Jennifer says when she tastes the hot sauce on wing 4. She’s got 6 more hot sauce-soaked wings to go and wonders if people just drop out before ever getting to wing 10. Luckily, wing 5 isn’t that bad, but it’s not long after that when Jennifer reaches for a drink to tame the smoldering heat in her mouth.

Her eyes well up when tasting wing 6. “Oh, she’s warm,” Jennifer exclaims. That’s the turning point. It’s all fire from there, and one thing’s for certain, when it’s all over Jennifer will have no doubt that this show is real!

Padma Lakshmi

Writer, model, and “top chef” beauty Padma Lakshmi has long been heating up our kitchens with her simmering recipes. Now, it’s time to see if this celeb can really stand the heat.  Wing 1 is coated in siracha. “No big deal,” Padma says as she takes a big bite. On wing 4, the sexy chef says, “This is child’s play.” It’s clear she’s not bothered.

Padma dips her finger into the bottle of hot sauce on wing 5 and tastes it. She follows that up by chugging a gulp of hot sauce. No problem. But it’s wing 7 that sets her tongue ablaze. “This is outright, I’m-gonna-f%#ck-your-mouth-up, hot!” Padma is singing a hot tune by wing 10, but she still crushed it!

Cardi B

Who’s hotter than female rapper Cardi B! She knows a thing or two about heating things up. “She’s cute,” Cardi says of wing 1, and it turns out that she loves shishito peppers. That gets her past wing 2. Things are going so good for Cardi, she asks for more hot sauce on wing 3.

But wing 4 opens her sinuses. All the way up! Wings 5 and 6 stop her cold, causing Cardi to reach for a glass of milk. “I feel like my tongue is drunk,” she explains. That glass of milk becomes Cardi’s friend for the remaining tastings. She spits out wing 8. It’s too hot! On wing 10, a crying Cardi says, “I just wanna go home to my kids!”

Cate Blanchett

Actor and film producer Cate Blanchett has had some hot roles in her career, but can she handle the hot sauce? “That’s manageable,” she responds after taking a bite of wing 1. The hot sauce on wing 2 tastes “very sweet” to this Aussie celeb.  After a quick sniff, Cate tastes wing 4 and she likes it.

The fire starts on wing 6. She drinks milk to douse the flames. “That’s really hot,” Cate exclaims on wing 7. By wing 8, Cate is belching her way through her conversation with watery eyes. Will she make it to wing 10? You’ll have to watch!

Kate Hudson

Actress, businesswoman, and beauty Kate Hudson knows how to hold her own. She has graced the big screen for over two decades. Today, she just might be taken down by a few hot wings! Wing 1 is easy breezy. The taste is so good, Kate calls it beautiful. By wing 2, Kate is puckering up. “It definitely feels like those plump lip glosses,” she says. On wing 3, Kate wonders if she’s going to be the best person who’s ever been on the show!

Wing 5 has Kate wondering if she’s pregnant. But it’s not until she takes a bite of wing 6 that the Golden Globe winner realizes what the show is all about. “This has heat,” she says. “Now, I know where we’re going!”  Wings 7 and 8 have Kate laughing uncontrollably and grasping her cloth napkin. She’s in for a wild ride. She tops it all off with a bite of wing 10, telling Sean the whole experience has been “an absolute blast!”

Jennifer Lawrence, Padma Lakshmi, Cardi B, Cate Blanchett, and Kate Hudson all turned up the heat on the Hot Ones hot sauce challenge, pushing their taste buds to the limit.
