For an extremely long time the Hitachi Magic Wand has been the gold standard when it comes to wand vibrators. It didn't really have much of a successor until The Eroscillator. The tip of the Body Wand is also a clear step up in design. Rather than the big marshmallow top, the Body Wand has a much better tapered top that is far more comfortable and actually concentrates the vibration to several sweet spots on the head. The handle of The Body Wand is also a lot more sleek than the Hitachi and a LOT lighter.  All these designs elements come togeher fantastically to make a wand that's easy to use and performs well.

In our XCritic Bed Test we found the Body Wand to have a lot more finesse over the Hitachi Magic wand, it starts off at a much lower vibration level and increases smoothly to more than enough power to create very strong orgasms.  It's a lot quieter than the Hitachi and ultimately the ability to slowly increase the intensity meant that it delivered more consistent and more powerful vibrators, It never felt like it was too much and if things got too strong it was easy to quickly back away the power level. 

Side by side with The Hitachi Magic Wand, the Body Wand makes the Hitachi look like a reclic, more like 'your mother's vibrator' than anything else.
