Okay, I've read hundreds of reviews over the years on basic toys like vibrators, most reviewers falling into limited categories as to what they said, how they said it, and what conclusions they came to.  If you've done likewise, you know to take anything you read with a grain or twelve of salt, everyone having different tastes.  Take, for example, my look at the Adam & Eve Perfectly Pink Cybersilicone Vibrator here, the device a relatively simple sex toy with few perks to speak of.

The toy measures 7" long (usable length; it comes closer to 8.5" if you include the control knob on the bottom) and just under 2" wide at the bottom of the toy (tapering down from around 1.5" on the cock shaped device).  This is generally too large for anal pleasuring unless you're a seasoned professional and even a lot of size queens I've discussed things with suggest that this is more than they prefer to handle "down there" in their pussy.  While the bright pink color (hot pink per the paper insert on the environmentally unsound packaging) pleases the eye and you can't go wrong featuring a picture of Samantha Ryan in booty shorts and a sheer pink top, few people keep these on display so I'm not convinced color is a big mover for those looking to pleasure themselves.

Further, the Topco-manufactured toy was made in mainland China so the socially conscious may fuss a little but does it live up to expectations?  In a word, yes, it does.  The waterproof nature of the toy was as good as the secure "O" ring could make it, no moisture coming into the battery compartment holding the two AA batteries.  Using two Duracell Coppertops, it lasted over an hour too, the phthalate free, latex free toy suitable for working in a bathtub and shower if that works for you.  There was no noticeable smell once cleaned out of the package (always clean your toys before and after using them), the cover claiming it was porosity free and the cybersilicone material inhibits the existence of bacteria.

As always, remove the batteries when you aren't going to use the toy, this being a major way for a toy to breakdown, and check the seal before entering a wet environment (no pun intended).  As far as the levels of pleasure Nadine, my current chief toy tester, received from the vibrator, she seemed to enjoy it a lot better while rubbing it along her clitoris and ass crack, the setting on the control knob at the bottom allowing for a variable speed rather than a few selections as most other toys provide.

It wasn't earth shatteringly strong, nor was it considered a high end vibrator, but the Perfectly Pink Cybersilicone Vibrator got the job done handily, appeared to live up to all advertised claims, and was found online for under $20 with minimal searching.  That made it a decent value-oriented toy, one Nadine swears would work really well on me, hence my current practice of sleeping on my back lest she try to force the issue.  Seriously though, Topco makes some pretty decent toys for those that aren't snooty and demand aspects only found on expensive toys, making it a pragmatic choice for those on a budget so it makes sense that Adam & Eve used them to manufacture it for them.
