Add another to the group of enjoyable prostate massagers from the Nexus line.  The "Excel" is much like the "Titus" in that it features a handle, and metal ball for perineum pressure.  Where the "Excel" differs is the the shaft of the gadget is thicker, and lacks the ribbing of the "Titus".  While it reduces some of the pleasurable sensations, it by no means takes all the enjoyment away.

The height of the insertable shaft comes in at 4 inches, with the thickness at the largest point being just under 2 inches.  After properly lubing it up (along with myself), I was ready to take the plunge.
