As a long time reviewer of adult material, I like to think I have a solid grasp on what the market has to offer and what value to place on the items I critically look at.  Every once in awhile I get schooled by someone on something though, be it production costs, royalties, or how sales have fallen off tremendously in the last few years.  As I don't ask too many questions about trade secrets (let's face it, no one answers those truthfully to the press in the first place so why ask?), I readily accept that my emphasis is on looking at movies and toys as a consumer, not a company lapdog trying to boost affiliate sales as you may find all too often elsewhere.  This doesn't mean my take on something is absolute but it does mean I tried to put some thought into what I wrote, today's sex novelty review being for the Keri Sable Travel Pussy by California Exotic Novelties courtesy of Wicked Pictures.

Wicked Pictures is best known for their contract performer system, their mandatory use of condoms in their movies, and high budget spectacular flicks like Fallen (one of my favorite titles of the year). California Exotic Novelties is best known for making hundreds of sex toys in all shapes and sizes, reminding me that diversity is a good idea when trying to capture such a large share of the market as they do.  Well, as part of a joint venture, a number of sex toys have been created to take advantage of performer loyalty, Keri Sable still on the rise before she dropped out of porn to chase other dreams.  While I doubt she had an engineering degree and designed the toy or the company even got her input on what she wanted outside of a royalty check for using her likeness on the box cover, the "Designed for..." label was prominently displayed on the small box for the light blue "fake pussy" as some call them.

Yes, the concept of a jelly pussy to get off with (and not buy dinner or go to see lame chick flicks) is as old as dating itself it seems, this one branded with a material called "Senso Plus" and measuring 4.5" by 1.5" with a single opening.  The material itself felt slightly sticky (maybe "tacky" is the operative word on a few levels) with a comically shaped vaginal on the open end.  As an average sized guy, it I needed a lot of extra lube to get my pecker inside the toy and it held on well enough to generate some suction, it just did not seem to fit me very well at all.  Without bragging or going into graphic detail, the toy stretches a whole lot but the friction needed to generate an orgasm was not there when it constricted me so much that I couldn't feel a whole lot of loving.

This caused problems with the copious amounts of lube too, making a mess all over the place.  I was on the verge of giving it a rent it type of rating when I remembered that toys lack that specific level, the modest pleasure I received not making it to recommended so I gave it a Skip It as it just seemed to be lacking.  Since it was difficult to put on, I only bed tested it twice too, so while it did not hurt the environment with the use of batteries, it was not labeled as phathalate free either and the socially conscious will hate it was created in China.  It's sad when a sex toy is smaller than your penis but sadder still when you wonder if some people have actually been able to jerk off with this due to their modest sized cock.  With a great many better toys from the company out there, pass this one up in favor of the better stuff, some of which I will get to over the next few days.
