Good Head is a very viscous water based lubricant designed to make fellatio easier. It doesn't contain any numbing agents, so it is safe to use. And because it is water based it's entirely safe to use with condoms. Head wouldn't be quite so great without safer sex practices. ;) The mint flavor is pleasant, though a bit artificial. Using any lubricant during a blow job will make it easier and Good Head does a decent job of coating my throat.

This item is one of the first "adult products" I ever tried, well over a year ago. And it's safe to say I've learned a lot about lubricants, whether they be for sex, fellatio, or cunnilingus. A year ago I would have hardily recommended this. Now, not so much, but it's still a decent product.

For those who have a strong gag reflex, this may help ease that. The flavor combined with the additional lubricant makes it much easier to give a blow job. And I've been told by multiple partners that lubricant always makes it a little more memorable as well. Because the penis is thoroughly lubricated, if your throat needs a break, simply slip another hand in and just keep the head of the penis in your mouth, but keep the same rhythm up.

The things that take away from Good Head are something you'll find in many lubricants marketed for blow jobs- it has a weird after taste and it becomes quite sticky. Also, it does contain glycerin so if you have a sensitive vagina, be sure to wipe off your partner thoroughly before participating in penetrative sex. I got brave one night and went ahead with a true Bed Test for Good Head- let's just say it makes for one crappy sex lubricant. It became tacky, messy, and wasn't working as a lubricant about 3 minutes in.

Overall Good Head isn't a success, yet it isn't a failure. It can make blow jobs easier, especially for those newer to giving them. There are many other lubricants on the market though that have a better flavor, better consistency, and can double as a penetrative lubricant. I'm saying recommended if nothing else is available.
