One of the questions I get asked as a toy reviewer is how do I compare relative values.  Do I use price as the guideline, the build quality, how strong the vibrations are (for vibrators), or some other criterion?  Well, basically I use all of that and more, my experience combined with that of my assistant toy testers giving me the overall idea of how to react to various elements presented by a sexual "novelty".  Today's toy being the Adam & Eve Clit Suction G-Vibe, I encountered some mixed signals that I really could not decipher as well as usual since it wasn't clear regarding the value of the device.

First up, at under $20, you really cannot expect a whole lot of loving in any mechanical device so comparing it to a very expensive toy isn't fair but as much as I wanted to like it, there were several problems in the way.  The initial impression I had was that the vibrator had a nasty odor to it, something even a reportedly phthalate free silicone body would not cover.  It uses two AAA batteries so that wasn't a problem but they did not last overly long when I tested it out, lasting a bit under two hours on full vibrate mode.  It was purple and soft enough when used on Nadine but the moderate level vibration seemed kind of weak.

The other major issue was the fact that while advertised as having "clit suction", there was no such feature on the toy, some nubs on the protruding branch providing some minor (even less than the main body) vibes that she didn't feel.  The length was okay for her but the clit portion prevented the main shaft from having the penetration Nadine wanted out of it.  Some of you will hate that it was "made in China" by Topco Sales for the company too but out of a total of 7.75" total length, less than 4" could go in the pussy.  Another issue that arose was how the control portion of the vibrator was set at the bottom, the same section that the batteries go into (hint: that means you are far more likely to unscrew the otherwise "waterproof" device when trying to crank up the speed.

Despite all of those design flaws, it wasn't a terrible little toy but with Adam & Eve's partnership with Topco Sales releasing so many better toys for similar amounts of money, I could only feel comfortable giving this one a rating of Skip It (unless you find a great sale).  So if you are in the market for a really sexy vibrator to use or give your gal pal, the Adam & Eve Clit Suction G-Vibe might not be the best thing for you to grab, the cover picture of Ms. Rose aside, it just doesn't give much bang for the buck. Nadine had a little fun with it but compared to other toys in the same price range, it simply fell short of the mark.
