The rotating switch (located at the very bottom) provides a minor increase in vibrations when turned all the way clockwise. But the difference is minimal, and not really what you would call truly multispeed (though the packing suggests otherwise).

The first thing you notice about the Evil Pink Vibrator is the smell - a middle school lip gloss like aroma of highly fragrant fake strawberry. It permeates every facet of the gizmo and even after multiple uses (and washes) remains odoriferously intact. Now, if you enjoy the slightly oversweet scent of chemically created fruit, you'll adore Belladonna's Evil Pink. If you don't then you'll be smelling this item until the Rapture. Secondly, the shape is a little awkward, especially for partner use. Since there really is no place to securely hold the device, one imagines (and has experienced) that an excess of lube and some additional lover fluid makes the item very slippery. Solo seems to work much better, since you can control the positioning of your fingers more easily, as well as address the on/off switch. The vibrations are consistent over the entire toy. The sensations are just as strong at the base as they are at the rounded end.

As medium sized vibrators run, Belladonna's Evil Pink is actually pretty good.
