Insomniac has truly been one of the most romantic pieces of darkness that Burning Angel has produced so far this year. As we get to the halfway point of the year, a fan can not help but be impressed with what Joanna and her team have created. Aiden Ashley, Carmen Caliente, and supermodel Lola Fae all come together to create this unique type of noir that I think every fan must see. I have watched every part of the film up until this chapter of the film because honestly, I wanted to see just how true a superstar the one and only “KJ” truly is. Katrina Jade is one of the most stunning beauties this world has ever seen. I mean, you can truly argue that she may be the most beautiful actress that has ever been a part of the adult industry in any form. How do you stay on top? How do you defy the odds? That is what Katrina Jade has done since day one and I was anxious to see if she can strut her stuff alongside the best actor in the world Tommy Pistol. These two have a history and it is one that has seen many shapes and forms. I wanted to truly see if Tommy, Joanna, and KJ can still shock the audience by creating something unique, in a setting that they were all destined to come together in.

If you download off the website, which is always a great idea, you will be thrust into the story right away and not know what is fully going on. This film is masterfully acted and when I mean masterfully, I mean just watching Joanna Angel for the first three minutes will give you the creeps. If you are a fan who loves great adult cinema, then I truly suggest you watch the DVD. Aiden and Joanna shine big time in the intro but to really get that full force of what is going on and to see Joanna in an award-worthy acting performance than watching the whole film is a must. This is one of the coolest parts of the film. Tommy is brute and standoffish as the bad guy looking to try and find another angle, I can not spoil the film since this is a scene review but the back and forth in Joanna’s office will have you itching to watch the entire film. This scene has some of the best fucking acting you will see together in any film. Small Hands and Aiden gel as if they were joined at the hip and when you see Joanna call in the most stunning woman on the planet to be Tommy’s “reason to care” you see the film take another turn into this dark alley of sexuality, kink, and beauty of the darkest kind.

The Encounter:

I almost fucking wrote, “The Creature” in the header above. That is the trance that Katrina Jade puts any viewer into with just a whimper and a moan. She is truly the most seductive, beautiful creature on the planet, and she knows exactly what she is doing. How Tommy stays in character is truly unbelievable. Katrina is Tommy’s to do with as he pleases and these two waste no time turning up the heat in the room. KJ is looking as stunning as ever. This woman will be forty-five before she starts to show any signs of aging in front of the camera. She has so many looks and every single one of them is drop dead sexy. The chemistry that these two share is epic. Holy shit, she is biting his dick and squeezing his balls before we even had a chance to catch our breath from the tease of Tommy licking her perfect ten pussy. That is the essence of Katrina Jade’s performance capabilities. A tease of ten seconds is equivalent to what takes other XXX superstars nearly five minutes to create in the same scenario. Call it whatever you want, charisma, passion, talent, whatever it is, Katrina Jade is the best in the business at it and that is what sells tickets to the show.

KJ, she is the real fucking deal. It stands out and my goodness, these two are beyond words as they go back and forth, seeing who can one-up the other with force, aggression and sly wit. It is a cool dark dance to watch. This is truly one of the most entertaining hardcore scenes I have watched in a while. Everything is done right. This scene is perfection from start to finish and my goodness, Tommy was the ultimate choice as Katrina’s scene partner. When he gets so hot, he nearly starts fisting Katrina, all bets are off if you will make it back from break after watching this tasty little dark fantasy. This what porn should always be, an escape from everything with an encounter that is pure heaven with a lining of pure sin that is hellishly hot as can be. One of the rarest scenes that these two have ever been a part of. Must see scene at all costs dear readers.

Sight and Sound:

The camera work is flawless as is the editing that takes you from KJ wiggling her long tongue up and down Tommy’s stiff shaft to a slow pan that sees KJ jump onto the desk ready to get destroyed from behind. Everything from the anticipatory look on Katrina’s face, to her stunning body, is on display perfectly. The lighting is wonderful. I am finding out that the best-kept secret in the industry may be the Burning Angel staff who simply know how to make the backdrop of every scene melt into the cauldron that is a mixture for the perfect scene. That is what this is.

Don Juan’s Bottom Line:

What is the mark of a true superstar? Is it how sexy she is? No, it can not be, there have been so many legendary beauties that have graced the halls of this house of debauchery known as adult entertainment. Is it then perhaps a performer's passion? You can argue such things but then again, how do you measure a legend like Jeanna Fine and Jenna Jameson? No, what Katrina proves in this scene it is not any of those things that make a legendary performer, which I will be the first to say, she already is and what makes it so is the fact she can do anything and make melt into a puddle of goo. She does such things many times in this scene. You do not see many performers who can make both their co-star and the audience blow a fucking gasket, just by reaching back in between her luscious legs as she gets fucked to try and squeeze Tommy’s balls. Katrina Jade could literally just speak in a dark room with only flashes of light to tease the fans and she could bring you to your fucking knees. That is talent ladies and gentlemen. I went into this thinking we get to see the actor, but we got so much more and even me, a critic who is looking to try and find a miss in that factor cannot do so. That is how well this scene is put together and how amazing Katrina Jade and Tommy Pistol are. This is truly one of the best fucking scenes of the year and right now, one of my front runners for the hardcore scene of the year within a film that has one hell of a shot to be named film of the year itself.
