Special Features: Zero Tolerance did make an effort to provide some value for this release, but sadly the extras are just plain boring. The best extra would have to be a quick tease scene. You also get the standard behind the scenes, photo gallery, cumshot recap, and trailers.

Audio/Video Quality: Wet Dreams Cum True 5 is presented in the standard full frame ratio as are most of Zero Tolerance's releases. Overall the video quality was solid with only the most minimal of flaws. There was scarcely any pixilation or edge enhancement – and when there was it was hardly noticeable. The colors were warm and realistic with no cases of bleeding. There was plenty of artificial lighting so shadows were never a concern. The audio (both English and Spanish) is plain ol' 2.0 stereo and sounded adequate with plenty of separation.
