Video and audio: Video was shot in anamorphic widescreen with a 16/9 ratio. Video and audio quality are both good, though I had to turn the volume up considerably higher than I’m usually comfortable with to hear the dialogue (particularly in scene two). I liked how three of the scenes were shot mostly from the outside of a cell, and I respected the choice of using the prison bars throughout. I understand some viewers will find it off-putting, but it didn’t spoil my enjoyment.

Scene one: Vanessa Veracruz and Rizzo Ford

Vanessa Veracruz plays the prissy girlfriend of drug kingpin who finds herself in jail. She’s sharing a cell with the more butch Rizzo Ford. They are both dark-haired babes. Vanessa whines about how she doesn’t belong in confinement and Rizzo says Vanessa should find someone to be the girlfriend of. Vanessa suggests they be lovers because Rizzo told her that she has the respect of everyone in the jail. Rizzo says that Vanessa isn’t her type, but after some pleading, and Vanessa’s promise that she’s “good at sex,” Vanessa starts to make out with her cellmate, but Rizzo turns the aggressor. It was quite hot watching Rizzo push Vanessa’s face into her waiting, furry pussy. I think Jay Taylor is one of the cutest women in porn, so I always enjoy seeing her on-screen, even she plays a character with grating politics. Fortunately, there’s Chanel Preston there to teach her that money and sex are inextricably linked and they’re what makes the world perpetuate its cycle. Chanel seduces the younger Jay by promising she could do more good by making money working for her than going to protests regularly. Chanel shows Jay the pleasures that she can experience by feeling her and licking her pussy. Jay gets the chance to reciprocate. It had plenty to enjoy from two women that know they ways around the female anatomy and can cause each other (and the viewer) plenty of pleasure.

Scene four: Vicki Chase and Bree Daniels

Bree Daniels plays an inmate who has killed someone while she was driving drunk, collecting another DUI. Final thoughts:

I imagine a series like Prison Lesbians capitalizes on the popularity of “Orange is the New Black” (which my girlfriend calls “Orange is the New Lesbian”), and that’s overall a good thing because I very much enjoyed this movie. The politics (protests, sex trafficking, terrorism, etc…) feel timely and relevant, which is more than anyone really expects from porn. Yet I also found the sex to be incredibly hot with some very sexy women. I continued my crush on Jay Taylor and developed a few new ones, too. The darker colors continue with the theme, and the acting is quite good. I think I’ll want to come back to this movie regularly. It’s a highly recommended addition to your porn collection, especially if you like lesbians as much as I do.
