Audio/Video Quality: Ass Hunting in Venice was presented in anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Gazzman for Private. There were not a lot of explanations here but the movie served as a sort of travelogue overseas in Europe for Marco and company to meet hot chicks and fuck them, the production offering a choice of languages such as English, French, and German for those keeping track. The camera work was not as steady as I prefer and the lighting varied a bit more than usual but the skin tones were generally crisp and realistic, the sexual trysts caught close up where everything could be seen. The aural components were basic to say the least, the ladies hailing from all over the foreign landscape so limited verbal exchanges between them and the men provided. There was some music and the groans could be easily heard, the overall quality of the technical values fairly decent.

Body of Review: Gazzman is a talented director of foreign smut that I used to find quite skilled, his works for Private among his best after what I saw from Harmony Films. His latest collaboration with Private is called Ass Hunting in Venice (Private Specials 78), the production catching my eye specifically because it starred hotty newcomer Valentina Nappi in a scene (and on the front cover), her sexy body always welcome in titles I review. The basic idea of the movie was to provide a travelogue where a handful of men like Marco Banderas and Tony DeSergio were in Italy, Venice specifically, chasing after babes like Valentina. While I prefer more tease and some buildup, there was some potential here to appreciate, some first class ass to inspire fans. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Irina Bruni, a lean gal who also goes by the name “Ashley”, was up first with Marco Banderas and Ian Scott, the guys inviting her to the studio house where she bent over to provoke the guys as they took some stills of her. Summary: Ass Hunting in Venice by director Gazzman for Private benefitted greatly by having the scene starring Valentina Nappi and, to a lesser degree, the scene by Mira Sunset but overall it was on the basic side to the point where I could not rate it higher than a respectable Rent It. The disjointed manner in which it was all put together detracted from the premise and more build up was needed (as well as better casting) to merit a higher rating. In short, Ass Hunting in Venice was not the best I have seen from Private of late but perhaps they will feature more of Valentina Nappi to boost future ratings up.
