Audio/Video Quality: On The Job was presented in a fair full frame color with an aspect ratio of 1.33:1, using the MPEG-2 codec as expected of a standard definition release, as shot by director Emily Rigby for Cezar Capone.com. Like other works at the company, the lighting was decent and this helped make the fleshtones accurate, minimize the compression artifacts, and otherwise offer up the ladies nicely for a series of scenes shot primarily for the internet (now released on DVD). The video bitrate hovered around the 3.1 Mbps area when I paid attention to it and despite some occasionally rough camera work (that helped keep it looking "real"), this was as much like those reality television shows as anything else. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English with a 48 kHz sampling rate and the usual 192 Kbps audio bitrate, sufficient to convey the vocals and music but never straying too far from the norm offered by the majority of Emily's peers. There were times when the vocals were not as easily heard, typically during the tease footage where the viewer gets to know the performers, but the usual moans were clearly in evidence (and the music was about average from what I heard).

Body of Review: Emily Rigby is one of the up and coming directors atCezar Capone.com, her work embodying the company dynamic as well as any of the men that have shot for the company over the years. Her technical skills were even good enough that she was farmed out to Levi Cash to make a title called On The Job for him, a set of five scenes using work as a theme (much like Digital Playground's popular series involving Nurses, Cheerleaders, and now Teachers). The performers were familiar this time, at least the women that is, with names such as Trisha Rey, Brooke Belle, Faye Runaway, Britney Pierce, and Megan Moore; the popular Florida stronghold of the company providing a near endless supply of ladies to pick from. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Faye Runaway and Levi Cash

Scene One: Lifeguard: Brooke Belle, a blond playing a lifeguard on a windy day, was up first to establish the parameters of the show in her red one piece suit (like the kind they wore on Baywatch). The usual releases by Cezar last much longer, have a lot more fun factor to them, and showcase ladies that want to be doing what they do, this time the vibe distinctly different for me. Trisha Rey was one exception though and kept the movie afloat as she did, but it just wasn't enough. In short, On The Job needs some OTJ training before it will be able to compete with better titles in the Cezar Capone world so check it out as a rental if the cast impresses you much.
