Audio/Video Quality: Panty Pops Cumpendium was again presented in a fine looking 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Kevin Moore for Evil Angel/Buttman Magazine Choice. The basic lighting covered the action well, the POV nature such that Kevin provided a great firsthand look at the action. The flesh tones and the composition of the shots were usually the best for the ladies but the tease that so fascinates Kevin (and myself) were obviously the most important thing to capture for him; this being his core audience from what I’ve learned over the years. Still, the action was clearly recorded and the raw energy of the cast was caught better than I expected; making it a decent looking fuck flick in most ways, the editing not credited this time but still showing some care going into the final product. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English using a 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate; the lack of separation and dynamic range meaning the audio was a bit flatter than hoped for. It was low end audio for the most part but given the gonzo niche of the movie, this is to be expected.

Body of Review: Kevin Moore is a director that releases some off the wall kink under Evil Angel’s Buttman Magazine Choice program, the man certainly showing an aptitude for showcasing hot young ladies that sport fine curvy asses. His latest release is called Panty Pops Cumpendium, a collection of scenes available under the four volumes of the series I have found so strokable. I prefer the original placement of the scenes in their respective volumes but this was still strokable point of view (POV) action by a “regular guy” (Kevin himself) in a fashion that included lots of tease footage and panties wrapped tightly around the labia and ass cheeks of some exceptionally sexy gals. With ten scenes shot over an extended period of time, I knew going in that this was going to work out well, a quick look at the cover making me want to dive into another 3+ hours of load inducing action. The ladies in this compilation were some of the best the series had to offer, their panty related tease exceptional as always.

Consider this the template for most other scenes (the first vaginal penetration took place in scene four with Kaylynn) with the biggest variation related to how sloppy the knob slobbing by individual ladies would be or which specific panties they would change into. I prefer the thongs on oiled asses myself but some of the babes, Jynx Maze in particular, were able to work magic wearing some of the most modest sets of panties, the ending wads of genetic juice and population pudding scoring all over them. Though the scene had the makings for a sexy POV threesome, it didn't really run with that ball. Instead the strictly oral and hand play was something of a disappointment. The scene had some good moments with the girls bent over and the occasional deep throating, but the fact that no pussy was involved felt like kind of a tease; especially after Rachel gave up the goods. Scene Five: Panty Pops 2: Jynx Maze: Jynx Maze, the increasingly popular Latina seen featured on the upper right corner on the front cover, was up last as she tried out various panties to excite Kevin. Summary: Panty Pops Cumpendium by director Kevin Moore for Evil Angel/Buttman Magazine Choice was a great selection of scenes from a series that has a lot of fans appreciative of Kevin’s willingness to try new things (the scenes came from the first four volumes so I expect a follow up “cumpendium”). With babes like Jynx Maze, Jenna Haze, Lexi Love, Brianna Love, and Tori Black (among other major names), this was easily rated as Recommended or better. I’d have rated it higher but it took so many scenes from such a limited body of works that I would have applied a different set of ladies in almost a third of the scenes (but, as always, your mileage may well vary considerably). In short, Panty Pops Cumpendium was strokable with great replay value, the levels of tease such that unless you hate this kind of action entirely, you will probably enjoy it tremendously so give it a look.
