The Feature:
Unfamiliar with Jill Kelly and her production company, I decided to check out their latest offering, a compilation DVD called "Best of Devon." Now if you've been reading any of my Devon DVD reviews, you'd know that she is probably my favorite actress working in the industry today. She's a little short, but has an awesome body, and one of the nicest faces I've seen in some time. In short, she doesn't look like a porn star… which is exactly why she appeals to me so much.

The "Kleenex Scale" is done on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being a strong scene, and 1 being a limp one. The main feature consists of 6 scenes with a total running time of around 75 minutes. Here are the scene breakdowns:

Scene #1 – Devon and a guy at a waterfall
She blows him, while unusually tropic and upbeat music blares in the background. He goes down on her. She rides him reverse cowgirl, and then they go to missionary. He finishes off by giving her a facial.

Scene #2 – Devon and a massive orgy
By my count, there's at least 7 girls and 3 guys in this scene. Your standard orgy stuff as everyone gets oral and sexed. Almost all the positions are covered, and some of the girls use toys on each other. I did spot Tabitha Stevens in this scene. Oddly enough, Devon is not the focus here, but there's plenty of good looking girls present so you won't mind as much. Good orgy.

Scene #3 – Devon and a girl
A nice and gentle scene. The girls work each other over. Their tongues migrate to each other's privates, and they go to town. Kind of short, but sweet scene.

Scene #4 – Devon a guy and a girl
Devon teases the guy for a little bit by blowing him over his clothes. Devon gets doggy while fingering and giving oral to the other girl. Devon rides him reverse cowgirl, while the girl uses a vibrator on Devon's privates. Missionary sex for Devon, and then he cums on her chest. Good show.

Scene #5 – Devon and a girl
Damn, Devon looks great here. Devon gives the girl oral, and the girl later returns that favor. Lastly, they masturbate for each other, and that's it. Kind of uneventful in a good way.

Scene #6 – Devon and a girl
They start by making out on a cliff, and somehow end up doing the same in a lake. They finger and do oral to each other. Then they make their way onto some rocks and do the same thing again. The locale didn't work for me, but I won't fault the girls for trying.

Video:
The full-frame 1.33:1 presentation looks really good. You can tell these scenes were filmed recently with good equipment (although, it doesn't look as good as some of Simon Wolfe's movies). Very few instances of pixelation and grain is all I can ask for.

Audio:
A 2.0 soundtrack presents all the cheesy music, moans, bad dialogue, and thrusts that your sound system can handle. More so than another DVD I have reviewed, this one features lots of loud background music that can occasionally drown out Devon and her buddies. But honestly, are you really buying this DVD for the audio?

Menus:
Interactive menu allows you the choices of: "Play", "Chapter Select", "Photo Gallery", and "Extras."

Extras:
Eh, I was hoping for more scenes with Devon (for a "Best of", this one is surprising short of scenes). Anyways, this DVD comes with "Behind the Scenes" featurettes for "Immortal", "Out of Control", and "Mind Phuck", as well as a "Photo Gallery" for many other Jill Kelly titles.

Final Thoughts:
Although Devon is one of my favorites, the lack of content and scenes on this DVD visibly upsets me. Add to that a retail price of $29.99, and I feel that I'm not getting my money's worth, especially when the DVD is entitled "Best of Devon." Therefore, I'll recommend this as a strong rental.
