The Movie: - John "Taboo 21" stars Lauren Phoenix and Sharon Wild. This main theme of this release is interracial sex, and includes some good lesbian action as well. The Taboo series is 25 Years old at the time of this writing, but this is surprisingly our introduction to this series. After viewing this film, we're pretty certain it won't be the last Taboo release we'll watch! Condoms are not used. 96 Minutes

Audio/Video: - John Video quality is high, and the audio is fairly well recorded. As an artistic technique, the film includes quite a few "silent" scenes, which while unique, got to be a little annoying after a while. My personal pet peeve with a lot of adult releases is the lack of subtitling/closed captioning. While the audio in this release is recorded with above average clarity, I think a studio as well established as Metro should be able to provide basic captioning on a plot oriented release.

Extras: - John There's an above average behind-the-scenes featurette, and an alternate ending, which is pretty impressive.

Scene 1: - Trixie Stephen St. Croix and Sharon Wild


In the opening sequence it is noticeable that the setting takes place in the 1920's during the Prohibition. Several men lead by the Mississippi town's Sheriff (Stephen St. Croix) chase a black man in the middle of the night for transporting moonshine. The men proceed to shoot the black man. Much of this scene is done without audio and then it fades to black. The scene then picks up with the Sheriff returning home after a hard nights work to a horny wife. He and his wife(Sharon Wild) make-out in their bed which leads to fellatio. During this sex sequence the Sheriff has flashbacks of the night's events and can not continue sexually with his wife. He pushes her off and stroms out of the room. Acts Included: Fellatio

Scene 2: - John Lauren Phoenix and Tyler Knight


Tyler Knight (Big Frank), a good looking black man, is made to engage in a rather hokey fight for the sheriff's amusement, and is told to come to the sheriff's house the next day to fix his car. While fixing the car, Lauren Phoenix (the sheriff's daughter) simply has to confirm the rumor about why Frank is called "Big Frank." Frank tries to resist her, but who could resist Lauren Phoenix? They engage in some hot oral, anal and vaginal sex which has some pretty good heat to it. They're a good looking couple, and fans of interracial porn will be happy with this scene and this release in general. - Trixie This is our first voyeur adventure into the series Taboo and I think it has inticed us to look further into the series. This is an excellent view for those who are in love with plot driven porns with good sex scenes and believe it or not actors. The most surprising thing was that Stephen St. Croix seems to be decent actor. I could easily see him playing the bad guy in a lifetime movie of the week! The saddest thing about this movie is that you don't get to see the famous Ron Jeremy's "talent".
