Extras: The best extra was the 53 minute long series of solo scenes by 8 of the gals. It sucked that Naomi was the only one missing in this extra but given the quality of the cast, it was a small price to pay to see the rest of the ladies getting some extra screen time with the large red dildos they used. There was also a 2.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature but it was too short for my liking. There was also a cumshot compilation from the scenes, a photogallery, a bunch of trailers, and a double sided DVD cover (with the second side sporting other covers).

Audio/Video Quality: Sick Girls Need Sick Boys 2 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Mofo (with the help of hotty Constance Le) for release by DVSX. The lighting was generally solid, leading to limited grain, video noise and shadows, although the focus was off a few times and there were parts in need of better editing. The composition of the shots was generally okay, with most of them showing the ladies off okay though not their best. There was a lot of product placement for Mofo clothing that pushed the limits too much but it was visually decent enough. The DVD did show some compression artifacts and limited video noise but not enough to get worked up over. The 2.0 Dolby Digital audio was very basic with little to recommend or whine about, the vocals generally being listenable and the music kind of generic.

Body of Review: DVSX has been one of my favorite companies to look for when it came time to selecting screeners since they so often provide something different than the mass produced porn I usually favor. This also means that some of their works are weaker than others but that's part of how trying new things works in real life too. That said, the company's affiliation with Mofo Clothing continued with Sick Girls Need Sick Boys 2; a porno designed to shock you as much as titillate your senses. Using a variety of vignettes, Mofo skewered some sacred cows by showing simulated drug use, religious scenery, and even death in one scene while providing an award winning cast with some latitude to get off with. I never saw the first volume of the series but here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: For My Stoners: Naomi, playing herself in a scene where Cheyne Collins was the pizza delivery boy (I'm tempted to goof on him but it'd be too easy this time so I'll pass). She led him upstairs as her ass wiggled for the camera as though it were right in front of his face. They talked, he gave her the pizza for free, and she was soon teasing him with a booty show. Initially, he jerked off while she gave the show but she was soon sucking him off in a manner that proved her skill level as worthy of your time and money. They screwed vaginally and then anally, with her pussy action being far more appealing in terms of her active riding skills. He ended it by rubbing out a load to her face and the scene, while not her best work, wasn't a bad way to start the movie off.

Scene Two: Sick Bitch: Roxy Deville, playing a senior vice president of the Mofo clothing company with a nasty attitude, treated Reno like shit since he kept screwing up. As expected, this led to the guy having to orally service her on the desk, lowering her panties from under her plaid skirt and giving her all his attention. While he wasn't exactly good at delivering his lines, she seemed to like his muscular body (and strong resemblance to Gerard Depardieu) enough to suck him off as energetically as she normally does, readying his shaft for some serious screwing. The two boned in several positions, with her clearly in charge, before she took his load into her mouth.

Scene Three: Assassin part 2: Gianna Lynn, a goth gal playing Demonia (an assassin), was up next in a scene with Christian XXX in a small home gym. She was bitchy and took control of him, aggressively slobbing his knob (using spit, hand action, and lots of gagging) before she climbed the staircase in the warehouse to sit on his face and service her needs. She then rode his dick, choking him in a bit of role reversal, and showing an active side she had been spotty with in the past. The scene was kind of limited for me but showcased her skills fairly well.

Scene Four: Sick Girls Por Vida: Katrina Kraven, Jenaveve Jolie, Amber Rayne, and Naudia Nyce, were all up next after their card game went astray. They had been drinking and using other foreign substances by the looks of it, soon pairing off to have a little bit of lesbian love. I know the title of the DVD suggests the scenes will all have men in them but Naudia and Katrina were as manly in terms of their butch act as any other guy in the movie. They did a lot of licking and rubbing, with plentiful toy play (anal too) in the scene. Did I think they all got off and had chemistry together? Well, the two dominant gals did and my only gripe is that Jenaveve was poorly utilized in most ways. Jenaveve and Amber were seen on the right hand side of the front DVD cover for those not knowing who they are, with the other two having the mean look you'd expect of their roles.

Scene Five: Porn Star: Hailey Young, a skinny brunette wearing a blue tank top and blue jean skirt, was up next playing a hooker with a cocaine habit, ending up with studly Buster Good in a motel room bed. She was a great cocksucker with plenty of skills to her name. The vaginal ride was a little less interesting since it came across as mechanical and by the numbers. He did most of the work and even her PTM was lacking. If you like passive gals in your porn scenes, she'll suffice but the scene was kind of a filler; wasting Buster's skill.

Scene Six: Crucified For Porn: Sunny Lane, the hotty on the left hand side of the front DVD cover, was up last in a scene with nasty Nick Manning. She was bound to a wooden cross with red crosses painted on her nipples and Nick was a holier than thou priest with a sex drive for something different than young boys. After licking her a little bit, he freed her for better access to her crotch, sucking her off nicely. She returned the favor by blowing him with a vigorous hummer, leading her to actively ride his shaft in her tender pussy. Her dirty talk was far more appealing than his was and I was surprised that they used a dildo well into the scene (instead of as a teaser), her doing PTM and taking a mouth load of semen to close out the scene (where Nick became a devil).

Summary: Sick Girls Need Sick Boys 2 had some ups and downs in terms of the quality of the sexual activity displayed in the scenes. The technical values were pretty good and only some relatively minor rough edges made me notice other flaws. I loved the extras a lot but the DVD as a whole was only worth a rating of Rent It for me since the shock value of the scenes really didn't due much for me. On a positive note, I found it interesting that a couple of stores didn't carry the title (afraid of fallout) as though there was some huge moral divide between this one and so many others that are far more disgusting in terms of what happens in the scenes (I suppose they think it's okay to show men beating women over what was shown here). In terms of secondary complaints, as much as I like the Mofo clothing line, a little less of it might be a good idea for future volumes of the show.
