Audio/Video Quality: Small Sluts Nice Butts 7 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color mostly comprised of scenes shot by director Jimmy D. (the last one by a guy named Orlando) for Anarchy Films. The lighting was subdued in most of the scenes to cover some of the visual flaws and that added some grain but I thought Jimmy provided some very well handled compositional work that almost always made the women look their best. Most of the scenes were shot for various volumes of the virtual sex series Playing With… so the camerawork was very similar by my curmudgeonly old pal. The final scene didn't look as polished or professional but wasn't the worst looking scene I've come across of late. The scenes I was familiar with simply took most of the highlights from the shows they were comprised of, never adding anything but looking reasonably well edited too. There were no compression artifacts and I thought the visuals were decent, if not the very best I've seen from Jimmy in the past. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English but there really wasn't any separation between the channels in the vocals or the music score. It was plain and handled okay but I would've liked something more.

Body of Review: Jimmy D. has long been a capable director of porn and recently his largest body of work has been for the folks at Anarchy Films. As many companies took a break from shooting this summer, they released compilations or back catalog titles to an uncaring market; watching sales plummet in most cases as a result. One of these compilations was Small Sluts Nice Butts 7; a set of five scenes, four of which came from the company's virtual sex line. The good news is that some of the ladies were really great looking but the bad news is that the scenes were heavily edited (and not in a good way either). If you'd like watered down versions of scenes available elsewhere in their entirety, this is as good a place to start so here's a break down of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Playing With Jasmine Tame: Jasmine Tame, an attractive young blonde with a nice body, was up first in a scene with John West. She teased for a moment and then gave him some head, resulting in an active vaginal ride by the gal that led to some anal. The scene was a pared down version of her work in Playing With Jasmine Tame so if you want more than the highlights of that work, you'll have to tap the original but it ended in a facial as expected.

Scene Two: Playing With Jessi Summers: Jessi Summers, another attractive gal worth checking out, partnered up with studly John West in this edited scene from the footage of Playing With Jessi Summers. The tease was largely lost and some of the playful antics cut but it fared best of all the scenes from the movie that were trimmed like this. It didn't have anal but she did seem to shine fairly well considering the circumstances, finishing up with a large pop shot to her face.

Scene Three: Playing With Leah Luv: Leah Luv, a very petite gal with almost no meat on her bones, was up next as she teased the camera on the stage the series had been shot on. Her partner was also John Strong by the looks of it; the brief tease leading to a full fledged hummer and active ride. The vaginal led to anal work and but for the editing, the original scene was probably pretty hot since even this version was warmish. He ended it with the usual mouth pop, landing most of the troops where they needed to go (in her mouth) before the scene faded to black.

Scene Four: Playing With Nautica Thorn: Nautica Thorn, the hotty on the front DVD cover, was up next as she tackled the formulaic proceeding of the series the scene was taken from. Once again the partner was the reliable John Strong and she seemed to relish working with him, offering up the strongest POV hummer of the bunch. Some of the other angles were deployed here too but it seemed as though this scene kept the most oral action by the lady intact. The vaginal sex was pretty fair but a pale shadow of the original scene so buyer beware yet again. The scene ended in the facial where he came in her mouth, closing out the use of the series in the compilation.

Scene Five: Anal Fever 6: Salma, a girl next door brunette with a decent body, was up last in her scene from the listed movie. The male joined in after her tease footage but he looked like he lost a bet regarding his haircut (stripes going from ear to ear, about the width of a standard set of some electric barber sheers). The sex was generic with little to talk about as they orally and vaginally went at it. There was little heat to the letterboxed scene and while I'd do her, the scene wasn't very strokable.

Summary: Small Sluts Nice Butts 7 was largely shot by director Jimmy D. and had a decent cast of ladies in the mix but the edits and the lack of any advertising regarding that it was a compilation really bothered me. After all, I review scores of movies and didn't know it was a compilation until I opened up the case so who's to say that the intent wasn't to double dip your wallets as a result. Unlabeled compilations tend to be looked at very unfavorably by me so I rated Small Sluts Nice Butts 7 as a Skip It due as much to the lack of notice regarding what it was as much as the fact that four of the scenes were so heavily edited. Pass this one up in favor of the original scenes by the company or pay the price when people laugh at you as a chump.
