I'm not exactly certain what the glory hole is doing in the this scene, but it's presence makes sure there's a lot of oral going on, mostly from Sandy. I don't know if it was the low light or the limitations of a car's back seat, but I found my mind drifting during this scene. That it's hard to tell at times what's going on doesn't help, so the monotonous moaning and repetitive positions lost my interest. This was a definite downer as an ending to a pretty hot flick.

When outside, the widescreen video in this film is gorgeous; easily some of the best I've ever seen. When inside or during evening scenes, the movie becomes a muddy mess. The audio, made up of crystal clear sex sounds and a low-key but effect musical score, is as good as you'd expect from a relatively high-quality porn.

Sin Island includes an impressive array of languages and subtitles, including spoken English, German, French, Spanish and Italian, and Dutch, Portuguese, Greek, Swedish, Danish and Polish subtitles, as well as several bonus features. The nine-minute making-of featurette is quite good, and if not for all the nudity and sex, it could pass for one of those HBO behind-the-scenes "first looks," while the Director's Interview will be of interest to those with an interest in the business. Del Mar's accent isn't too hard to follow. Text cast bios, notes about the film's production, a look at other Private productions, a photo gallery and a letterbox widescreen trailer for the film round out the package, along with a promotional section, About Private.

The storyline in this flick is a disaster, with a ridiculous "twist" ending, but does anyone really care? What's important is the sex, and what's here is very hot. Shot on location in St. Martin, Sin Island takes advantage of it's setting to deliver some excellent scenes, and an unfortunate clunker of a climax. I can easily recommend checking this disc out to just about any Private video fan.
