Synopsis

Registered Nurse 2 is a very cute little all-sex movie that could be classified as a feature if the performers from each of the scenes had interacted with each other. One of the very nice things about Registered Nurse 2, and, indeed all the recent Smash Pictures releases I've reviewed, is an option that allows you to watch the movie with or without the storyline. So, it appeals to those who want context and those who want only the hardcore sex. I watched the storyline option and report on the scene scenarios as well as the sex in the Review section below.

I really like the cast in Registered Nurse 2. Of course, when I saw my 2008 Must-See Girl Shyla Stylez on the cover, I just HAD to watch the movie. However, I must admit that the performances of Jayden James and Kristina Rose in this movie helped the two of them earn my 2010 Must-See awards!

One of the things I liked most about Registered Nurse 2 is the simple fact that it contains nothing that I dislike. • To finish the scene, Sean pounds Shyla's pussy until he's ready to explode. At the last second, he pulls out and Shyla moves into place so she can catch his load with her wide-open mouth. While casting her big blue eyes toward us through the camera lens, she sucks him dry and swallows.

What Could Have Been Better:

• There is an overuse of oblique camera angles that make it appear that the performers are going to slide off the screen.
• The movements of the hand-held camera are jerky and abrupt rather than smooth and fluid.
• The acting by both Shyla and Sean is a bit stilted during the scene set-up.
• I prefer for there to be transitioning footage between every sexual position.

Extras

The DVD-9 disc contains a still-photo chapter selector that lets you jump to each girl's scene; multiple chapters per scene; a positions menu that lets you see all of the blowjob, pussy eating, spoon, doggie, reverse cowgirl, missionary, anal, cowgirl, or cumshot footage (very nice feature); a menu that allows you to watch the movie with or without the storylines that precede each scene; and 08:15 self-running slide show (great shots); previews of eight Smash movies; website information; abd a 20-minute behind-the-scenes (BTS) featurette. The BTS contains impromptu interviews of the girls; footage of the wardrobe selection (be sure to see Jayden James with her tiny toy "cock") and makeup; video of the action and pretty-girl still photo shoots (Shyla's poses will definitely make up drip or lose your load!); shots of the girls clad, semi-clad, and nude; footage of the cast and crew eating snacks; rehearsal of the plot-development segments; and planning of the sex scenes. Even though this list of Extras is not as extensive as those in "Big Fall Releases," I enjoyed them, appreciate the "Positions Menu" and "Storyline or Not" features, and rate the Extras slightly above average in today's marketplace. Three and one-half stars. 

Final Thoughts

The best things about Registered Nurse 2 include:

• the simple fact that there's nothing I disliked! There are no penalties assessed to any scene! That means that, in my opinion, it's all good!
• the variety of cumshots...internal mouth, ass cheeks, internal creampies...it's a nice change of pace from the ubiquitous facials that populate most movies. The movie also contains both vaginal and anal sex, in addition to oral. The variety and balance of penetrations is quite nice. And, the creampies are especially appreciated.
• the cast, which includes three of my Must-See Girls: the incomparable Shyla Stylez, the beyond gorgeous Jayden James, and the adorable Kristina Rose. All the girls are very attractive, easy on the eyes, and damned good fucks, too.
• the storyline/no storyline selector. It turns an all-sex scenario-based movie into a hardcore gonzo flick for those who'd prefer fucking without any introduction. This feature, common in Smash Pictures releases, is very much appreciated.
• the plethora of female orgasms. I love to see girls cum--that's why I watch porn!--and the Registered Nurse 2 girls really deliver the quivers!

Registered Nurse 2 could have been better if:

• the cameraman had not succumb to the use of trite oblique camera angles. This occurs when the videographer turns the camera to an angle that is not zero degrees (horizontal) while taping the couple having sex. These angles, which used to be necessary in the old 4:3 format days, make it appear as it the couple is going to slide off the screen. I wish porn videographers would stop doing this!
• the editor had included transitioning footage (including insertions) between sexual positions.
• Shyla and Sean had delivered their plot-related dialog a little more professionally in Scene Five.
• Aletta Ocean's plastic surgeon had not butchered her breasts.
• a there was a bit more variety in the locations used when the scenes were shot. Although the doctor's examination room is authentic-looking, it gets a bit old after two or three scenes!
• a bit more attention had been paid to the production values. In particular, a properly chosen musical soundtrack would have been quite supportive.

Things I didn't like about Registered Nurse 2 include:

• nothing. It is very rare that I don't find anything in a movie that turns me off. Kudos to the performers and director for just-right sex...just the way I like it!
