Extras: The best extra for most people will be the bonus scene from "Stuff Dreams Are Made Of with Alexis Amore and Alektra Blue. It had a separate photogallery and the scene itself lasted 10:24 minutes for those that care, the grainy lesbian action not a bad bit of lipstick lesbian work even if the lack of tease weakened it greatly in my estimation. There was also a photogallery for the main movie and some trailers for those that care but the BTS mentioned in the credits was nonexistent.

Audio/Video Quality: Bring Me The Head Of Shawna Lenee was presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen color in 480i resolution using the standard definition MPEG-2 codec as shot by director Cash Markman for Penthouse. The fleshtones were accurate and the lighting pretty decent, the camera angles showing off the ladies fairly well but rarely serving to present them at their best due to the abundance of grain observed in the picture (the soft focus and compression artifacts also disturbing). The editing was okay but the lack of tease in most scenes also helped make it look kind of low budget, the technical deficiencies not the worst I've seen but surprising given Mark's lengthy history in the field. The video bitrate hovered around the 3.1 Mbps mark when I paid any attention to it but the compression rate must have been set too high or the mastering was done on the cheap from what it looked like. The audio was presented in a 2.0 LPCM instead of the standard Dolby Digital, the sampling rate clocking in at the usual 48 kHz and the audio bitrate established at a fixed 1536 Kbps. The vocals seemed hollow to me and the droning (generic) music did not help matters any but the aural qualities were closer to average than the visual aspects of the scenes were from what I could tell, the lack of separation or dynamic range not surprising.

Body of Review: Cash Markman is a long standing director of humorous titles in porn, some of them quite well done at the various studios he has plied his trade. I haven't seen much of his work lately, his prowess with a camera being therefore untested to a major degree, until I spied a title that caught my eye. The movie was Bring Me The Head Of Shawna Lenee and seeing the hotty on the front cover certainly increased my interest in the production, as did the cast including Kristina Rose, Phoenix Marie, and Jayden Jaymes. The movie served as a feature-lite effort showcasing Shawna as the perfect pussy, the nods to various pop culture tidbits enough to set the fanboys on their quests to uncover hidden meanings but I was mainly interested in the sexual exploits of Shawna and her associates so I took a quick look at the movie. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Phoenix Marie, a curvy blond with a great ass, was up first on the couch as she tried to prove to Steven St. Croix that his lust for Shawna was misplaced given all she herself could offer him. The technical aspects needed work, the extras were nothing special, and the movie was too short but a couple scenes with Shawna Lenee helped make Bring Me The Head Of Shawna Lenee a title worthy of checking out, I just wished it had more to like about it.
