Audio/Video: Sex Across America left a lot to be desired as far as the quality of the video. This had the feel of a home video project as opposed to a new release from a major player in the Adult industry such as Adam & Eve. Portions of the video showing the girls at night in Sturgis were horribly lit (due to being in a bar) and while entertaining, made it almost impossible to see. The audio quality wasn't as noticeably bad for the most part, but in scene two, the soundtrack over the sex was awful, drowning over the sounds of sex with bad guitar riffs, undoubtedly from a band who's primary residence is in a garage in some Midwestern suburb.

Extras:
The DVD extras are always one of the highlights of any DVD experience. The Bonus Materials on this disc are better than anything in the main feature. They consist of a bonus scene (see below), a 35 minute behind the scenes special, which was reasonably entertaining with some of the antics from the sets and shot of the scenic areas of South Dakota. There were also trailers (Puss & Boots, Alternative World, Latin Fantasies, The Scandal and Amateur Angels 17) from Adam's and Eve's recent releases along with advertisements from Adam & Eve's website.

Body of Review:
Adam & Eve is a well-known and respected studio and has produced many titles in my personal adult collection. This release is a home movie style road trip involving a small cast and crew driving around the United States. On their eleventh stop, they arrive in Sturgis, South Dakota for the annual biker rally when half a million people invade the small town with a population of less than seven thousand. The six scenes (plus a bonus) on the disc offer sex in a variety of locales with intermittent shots of some of the natural beauty of South Dakota from a moving vehicle and clips of the girls perusing and flashing their tits around town at night. All three girls looked as though they belonged in Sturgis and fit the role of "biker chicks".

Scene 1: Michelle Lay & Kurt Lockwood

The cast and crew are throwing a small BBQ at a cabin outside of Sturgis with the girls being fed hotdogs, along with the normal fixins. Unbeknownst, to the girls is that our male lead, adorning biker attire, is plotting to get himself laid, by presenting XXXX with a few handpicked daises. XXX falls for the ploy and the two make their way up to the bedroom for a little pre dinner fun. XXX is a slim brunette with great small breasts and a nice figure. She looks good as she's undressed wearing only a ornate belt, and some biker-esque jewelry. There is some great foreplay shots as catcalls are heard from below from the rest of the BBQ-ers. They run through a number of positions including some energetic reverse cowgirl before throwing his demon seed all over her stomach. The scene was reasonable beginning to the disc due to the energy level.

Scene 2: Alexandria Silk & Trent Teseo

After the long drive into Sturgis, a couple parks their bike in a wooded area right off the expressway where you can still hear the sounds of the motorcycles filing into town. It was obvious that they were spending a long time on a motorcycle, as she was wearing a bikini top and very short shorts. Not exactly what many reasonable people would ride in for long distances on a bike, but this is porno-land. Alexandria Silk looks as though she's spent two many years on the back of a bike and looks thoroughly 'weathered'. He eats her out and gets blow on the bike before he bends her over and shows his piston action. The two then move over to rock for some reverse cowgirl before he administers some internal transmission fluid all over her awaiting face. This scene wasn't very good at all, due to metal played loudly over the sex and the pair seem to be going through the motions a bit.

Scene 3:Alexandria Silk, Michelle Lay, Rio Mariah & Kurt Lockwood

The three girls lead Kurt Lockwood blindfolded into the woods for a 'present'. The girls, adorning nice slut wear, including incredibly short shorts, knee high boots and biker bandanas lean him up against a tree for a three-way blowjob. The three then take turns bending over in front of him for some standing doggie style before blowing his wad all over the back of Michelle. This scene is almost awkward to watch and doesn't how any sort of heat amongst the participants.

Scene 4:Rio Mariah & Trent Teseo

The crew goes site seeing to 'get some big head'. This is porno speak for visiting Mount Rushmore and seeing the faces carved on the side of the mountain. After some rolling shots of the South Dakota landscape, the models become bored and start servicing people in the back of the van orally until one of the guys shoots his goo on XXX's lips. The van is vacated when they arrive at the landmark save two. The two have sex in the van with the doors open and Rushmore in the backdrop. The scene ends with the male lead jerking off all over her ample tits. The idea is entertaining, but the sex wasn't up to snuff.

Scene 5: Michelle Lay, Rio Mariah & Alexandra Silk

The three girls are hanging around in a bike showroom when they become a bit bored. In typical porno fashion, this means screw whomever is around. In this case, as no suitable male is around, the three go at one another. The scene starts off with some great oral and salad tossing, amongst the three bikers chicks, still wearing giant boots. The toys came out and progressed to various vibrators and dildos before strap-ons reared their ugly head. Nothing takes away from a scene more than a strap on. This scene just didn't do much for me, but the models did appear to enjoy themselves.

Scene 6:Michelle Lay, Rio Mariah, Alexandra Silk & Kurt Lockood

The three girls are at the cottage talking about nothing deep when about five or six guys roll up. I was thinking a nice little 5 on three might be just what the doctor ordered for this DVD. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Michelle and Alexandra play around with some assistance from one of the gentlemen callers, who uses a vibrator on the girls, but never gets undressed, nor looks too excited about his task. Rio & Kurt go at it on the couch in front of a series of mustached onlookers. The was the DVD's only anal portion of the scene as Kurt checks Rio's oil, before showering her with his own washer fluid. This scene had no focus at all, with the two couples, while obviously enjoying themselves, create no chemistry between one another.

Bonus Scene:Carmen Luvana & Steven St. Croix

Carmen Luvana & Steven St. Croix are sitting on a hot rod type car that looks as though it could have been an extra from "2 fast, 2 furious". She is an absolute stunning blonde and a face and bod that look as though she was bred for porn. Carmen services the brillow haired gentlemen well, before bending over had taking his full erect attention doggy style. The scene ends with a facial. Despite being short, this bonus scene was the best on the entire DVD by a long shot.

Summary:
This DVD wasn't up to the usual high standards of Adam & Eve. I found myself annoyed with the performance of the girls and their outfits. Everything they adorned had a flag on it. Not that I'm unpatriotic, but let's please leave the stars and strips on flagpoles and not on bandanas, sunglasses and t-shirts. The interviews at the end of the film of the cast confirmed that none of these actors or actresses will ever be mistaken for one of our generation's great thinkers. Unless, you're really into biker chicks and like motorcycles, skip this DVD, as Adam & Eve have much better titles to offer.
