Overview: The Interns is a feature presentation by the studio New Sensations. It
stars Samantha Ryan who happens to be an intern for Julia Ann. The
legendary performer's role is editor-in-chief of a fashion magazine
where everyone uses their feminine persuasions to get what they want. A
solid supporting cast of Zoe Britton, Allie Haze, Avy Scott, Michelle
Lay, Charlie Laine, Sara Stone, Violet Monroe, and Zoe Voss add
character and intrigue to this story. This film is the first title of
their Sappho Series which will focus on lesbian themes and a main
storyline. It is also written for women by women. In an article on the
AVN website dated September 1, 2010 and titled New Sensations Introduces
Sappho Series With "The Interns," the dedication and research by this
studio is well-documented. "Since the first stages of production on The
Interns, it was extremely
important to us to involve consumers in the movie making process,"
co-director Sampson said. "We've been active on blogs and forums
immersing ourselves in what the lesbian community wants from their
erotica. It's that connection which makes the outstanding reviews we've
received all the more exciting, and we are moving into the production on
the second Sappho Series title with great confidence." In my personal
view, the directors Chloe Sampson and Eddie Powell were good choices for
this initial installment.

Scene One: While reviewing Avy Scott's latest fashion collection, Samantha Ryan is
using some persuasive behavior on the fashion designer. Moments later,
the intern makes a move on the attractive woman and they start to kiss.
Both women are into it a lot. It is evident that they are attracted to
each other and are enjoying the moment. The heat factor rises
incrementally as their passion progresses. Their facial expressions and
body language expresses a sense of connection between the ladies. They
know each other so well that they know how to pleasure the other with
full satisfaction. Avy's pussy eating action is very determined and
focused. It gets Samantha off quite well. Their humping sessions feel
sexy and personal regardless of who is instigating it. When it is the
intern's turn to pleasure the lady's womanhood, she does it in a
concentrated and determined manner that both her rub-a-dubbing and oral
massaging techniques stimulate Avy's feminine jewel with much effect.
Afterwards, more humping activity follows with solid efforts. Their
facial expressions especially Samantha's tell the whole story that both
women are totally rubbing their playthings to show their fondness for
each other. Next, the 69 activity creates much passionate intensity
between them. It feels emotional. Overall, this scene is hot and the bar
is set very high for the rest of the movie. For a frame of reference,
Samantha and Avy were paired together in previously in Lesbian Legal 7.

Scene Two: During a photo session between Sara Stone and Charlie Laine, Michelle
Lay is taking their photos. The action becomes more steamier away from
the set as the two models make out on a couch. Soon, the female photog
joins in on the fun. She sucks Charlie's passion fruit then, Sara rubs
it with good effort. The continual three-way activity looks good and is
exciting, but it cannot compare to the previous scene in personal
chemistry, bondness, and intensity. However, this scene when taken into
context with the storyline is not suppose to have so much chemistry
anyway. Charlie Laine is the one performer that the viewer will come
away as the hottest cutie of the trio. Still, this threesome gives
effective sexual stimuli to the movie and the audience. For the movie,
it does it's job, but it is too long.

Scene Three: After Julia Ann puts on some sexy intimate apparel, some role-play
occurs. The atmosphere feels steamy and sexy. So far, it feels very
personal and hotter than Samantha's previous one. Julia Ann's deliberate
and much concentrated oral sucking of Samantha's love spot is a huge
turn-on. The tight camera shots of parts of their lovemaking enhance
their chemistry. Even the titty sucking by the intern expresses
authentic passion. Her muffin sucking demeanor and technique give off
true emotion by Samantha's stare and Julia's moans and body squirms. The
intensity increases as the scene progresses and more pussy stimulating
action follows with their mouths and fingers.

Scene Four: Zoe Britton shows up at Allie Haze's place. Soon, they are kissing and
Zoe pours some champagne on the woman. Suddenly, both ladies are tasting

pace really enhances their fondness for each other. Zoe's stare at Allie
while sucking her pussy is a sign of endearment. It is evident that she
wants to pleasure her very badly and to full satisfaction. It's a
passionate moment without being energetic. Next, their sensuous
lovemaking continues as Allie shows her affectionate mannerisms on Zoe.
She does a nice job in applying her concentrated sucking and rubbing on
the brunette's beauty spot. The most lingering aspect to their scene is
Zoe Britton's stare while eating her. The intensity always rises between
them. I did not want this scene to end.

Scene Five: Zoe Britton and Julia Ann are making out on Zoe's couch. Of course, due
to the context of the storyline, this performance is not going to have
as much chemistry as their other scenes in this movie. Nevertheless, it
is still a very good one for stimulus purposes. Zoe takes control with
effective effort, but the inner personal sensuousness between them is
not there. The audience can easily distinguish that the pussy eating
chemistry in this scene differs from that of Zoe's performance with
Allie Haze. It's still good, but the steamy and heated magnetic sparks
are missing. This scene was a fun scene whereas the Allie one was
emotionally and personally deep. Even Julia Ann's efforts were solid,
but her scene with Samantha Ryan was the best and they, too, captured an
emotional bond. However, both ladies did put forth energetic
performances which deserve credit.

Final Thoughts: I was very pleased that the majority of the sexual performances were
sensual and personal in nature. I was also amazed at the lengthiness of
the sex and how it did not drag along for the most part. In my opinion,
they are the second best studio to make long lesbian sex scenes that
have their actresses show heart and soul. The storyline was also well
developed and this series has a very promising future. Samantha Ryan was
at her best in her two sex scenes. The one with she and Julia Ann could
be nominated for an AVN and other industry awards. Zoe Britton and
Allie Haze also gave a very sensuous performance that will linger in the
minds of the viewers. I highly recommend this film. With their Romance
Series line getting good reception with fans and this one with good
promise, New Sensations could be headed to Studio of the Year status on
their new-found recognition and appreciation of the female audience.
