Overview: Lesbian Truth or Dare 4 is the fourth installment to this entertaining series. It is from the mind of director and writer Nica Noelle. Sweetheart Video is the studio. As for this film, six friends gather for some food and fun at one of their homes. A game of Truth or Dare springs up and the sexual fun begins. The cast is well-crafted. On a side note, Avy Scott and Samantha Ryan should be seen in the Sweetheart Video Lesbian Deception where they perform possible award-nominating performances.

Scene One: Drew Deveaux and Avy Scott kiss on the bed. As their fondness for each other grows, the sexual activity increases. Suddenly, pieces of clothing come off as their nice looking and lengthy lip lock session continues. Both women are putting good effort into their performances. Meanwhile, the pace and the increasing heat level of their lovemaking scene are also effective. Furthermore, Avy's body is hot. I really like the sight of her sexual mound. This film does a nice job in creating entertaining set-ups to the sexual performances despite their briefness. The sex scenes give off good heat and will pleasure the viewer. However, at best, Lesbian Truth or Dare 4 is a rental since the set-ups were not lengthy enough. Furthermore, not enough of the ladies' personalities were shown considering the game that they were playing. It's a missed opportunity that should be implemented in future installments to this series.
