Extras: The best extra was the 8:11 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that amounted to a series of interviews with a few cast members such as Romi Rain, Riley Reid, Manuel Ferrara and Mick Blue. There was also a 4:29 minute long pop shot recap and photogallery though neither did much for me.

Audio/Video Quality: Ultimate Brunettes was captured in anamorphic widescreen by director Mimefreak for Arch Angel. The lighting was plentiful and the resulting resolution was strong, a great deal more detail observed when watched on the large television than when garnering screen captures. The editing was generally well done too, the camera movement not always framing each scene or portion of each scene perfectly but certainly capturing the essence of the action to convey the chemistry of the performers. There was no company watermark and the video bit rate was decent, my viewing on a large screen television revealing a very modest number of compression artifacts. The aural components in 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo were fairly basic, not in a bad way mind you but basic, the limited amount of talking and ambient noises blended in with the uncredited musical scoring that fit the action.

Body of Review: Mimefreak is a popular director working at Arch Angel the man up for numerous awards this year. His latest movie in for review is called Ultimate Brunettes, a set of four scenes of hardcore action focusing on brunette ladies doing men with a great deal of enthusiasm and energy. This spinoff title varied in more than just hair color though, fans of interracial sex will find that the guys were all white here but high quality with men like Manuel Ferrara and Mick Blue leading the charge. A quick comparison to the previous title showed this one also had some great care put into casting truly top notch ladies as well, Romi Rain always welcome in any capacity as far as I’m concerned, Kendra Lust looking fabulous, playful Cassidy Klein and booty babe Remy LaCroix teaming up, and who doesn’t adore Riley Reid these days? Still, the movie had one less scene and was considerably shorter, even the BTS truncated so I went in with an open mind, not an empty head.

The fans are going to love the three-way scene with Remy and Cassidy.” “We’ve done blondes and now brunettes,” says ArchAngel Owner Gabriel Guzman. “The fans are really enjoying that we’re showcasing girls like this. I’m sure this DVD will be one of our bestselling titles this year.”” Heres a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

In short, while Ultimate Brunettes was another example of the director shining as he brought forth some of the best performances from a cast that is already known for fine work, most minor issues I could come up with fairly trivial to the porn watching public at large so check it out and see why Mimefreak’s star is still rising in the valley.
