Overview:  Director B. Skow helms volume 36 of Vivid’s Brand New Faces series.  The well-received series rivals Hustler’s iconic Barely Legal. A quick glance of the artwork and you’ll see fan-favorite Riley Reid center stage. Riley Reid is not new, but instead, the footage was shot from May 2010 to August 2011, with no explanation as to why Vivid is just now releasing the title. Nevertheless, unheard newbies, including: Joslin Jay, Izzi Ryder, Talia Palmer, and Parker Page round up the disc. Lastly, senior XCritic reviewer, Don Houston is quoted on the cover saying “The only newcomer series consistently worth picking up.”

Riley Reid is first in what could be her first scene captured on video. The scene features a bit of talking and getting to know Riley and her reasons for getting into porn. Final Thoughts: Brand New Faces 36 is a web-to-DVD, period. The five scenes are not a total loss, with Parker Page taking home the best scene. Riley Reid and Joslin Jay are also fine eye candy to watch, but nothing worth keeping at a $20 price tag. B. Skow could have cut down on the interviews that went nowhere and focused more on a tease, as some interviews ran 10-15 minutes, and with no substance. No extras and average video quality and videography make this a rental on a slow night. However, die-hard fans of Riley Reid may want to watch or own her very first scene. Rent It
