Audio/Video Quality: Boob Bangers 5 was presented in a standard full frame 1.33:1 ratio color as shot by director Jonni Darkko for Evil Angel. The bitrate hovered on the middle end of the scale much of the time, typically in the mid 4 Mbps range though jumping around a fair bit too; going higher as often as not. The lighting was often flat and solid, reducing the amount of grain, video noise, and other flaws directly related to the technical aspect. The fleshtones were perfect with the crisp look of clarity I like when Jonni is spot on with his work. The composition was almost always favorable to the ladies and the editing seemed to enhance the look of the show more than a little bit, thanks to the extensive efforts of Eddie Powell who also made the cool DVD menus stand out with his skilful touch (my only complaint being the inability to skip to a specific point in the movie with the way it was mastered). In general, this was another very visually appealing piece of work though thanks to the efforts of the production staff as well as the cast. The audio was provided in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English track (at a 192 Kbps) was thumping but truncated at the right moment after the tease to allow the vocals to get the spotlight during the scenes. As a side note, the menu page was mastered using a LPCM audio track that was quite good.

Body of Review: Jonni Darkko is reportedly one of the nicest directors at Evil Angel, caring about the performers yet wanting to make them shine as he sets out to capture their best attributes in action. Given the wealth of heated fuck flicks he has made in recent years at the company, it's no wonder he has developed a following as a man able to coax out solid performances from some of the most difficult ladies in the jizz biz. His latest flick landing in my review stack was Boob Bangers 5, a series I last checked out with Best of Boob Bangers not too long ago. The idea of the series is simple enough, find some hot women with ample titties, showcase them in some tease, and them try to make the most of their bountiful bosoms in gonzo sex scenes. Of interest here is that Jonni went out of his way to avoid some of the over-shot performers that make so many of this type of genre flick, preferring to blaze a different trail as it were. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Claire Dames, a busty gal with an abundance of energy as much as curves, and leaner but still frisky Renae Cruz, were up first to establish the premise of the series with Mark Ashley. Wearing skimpy lingerie and rubbing themselves silly, the ladies gave some mighty solid tease with the opening round handled using an intermittent split screen effect that allowed them to both contribute at the same time (though the superior editing was pretty cool too). I'm more drawn to Claire but Renae has really done a lot of solid work this past year (even if her J-Ho movie was tied up in legal battles; as yet to be released). The gals kissed and caressed each other when placed together, both hovering over lucky Mark before they took turns slobbing his knob aggressively. To pick a winner in terms of who did the best job would be impossible considering how they went at it but ultimately, their skill elevated the appeal of the entire scene with their personal chemistry adding something special to the mix. They double teamed his rod and he reciprocated on them to moisten their pubic mounds, Claire even going at his taint from the looks of it. There was some titty fucking and lots of lesbian oral going on to but the vaginal plowing was the best aspect after the wonderful blowjobs. Summary: Boob Bangers 5 by director Jonni Darkko for Evil Angel was a nice tribute to titties and the sexual action was generally well handled enough to merit a rating of Recommended or better if you really like several of the cast members more than average. None of the ladies provided a bad performance but for some of them that was all it was and this weakened what I thought would be a step higher. The editing and some of the camera work was above average and had some of the top tier talent been used in the movie, the likelihood that the rating would have been higher might have increased but there was a fair amount of replay and strokability going on here. In short, Boob Bangers 5 might not have been Best of Boob Bangers but a few scenes were certainly candidates for the next compilation of scenes from the show if Jonni knows what is good for him.
