Audio/Video Quality: Butt Works was shot in anamorphic widescreen by camera operator Chris Streams though the project credited director Mr. Pete for Vivid Entertainment. Fletcher Martin, Alex Fuentes, and Jack Freedom were credited in various roles for the technical side of things, the camera work fluid and framed well while the editing showed some polish using decent pacing and accurate flesh tones. There was a company watermark on the lower right corner that didn’t bother me but I know some of you dread the idea, the overall visual elements well done as expected on the project which I believe was shot in late 2012 to the very early part of 2013 (a few years back) before Vivid stopped production. The aural elements were very basic this time, the vocals easily heard, the music during the tease sessions and credits balanced well enough, and the ambient noises from the beach minimized in the stereo English production.

Body of Review: Mr. Pete has been a performer for years and directed a number of titles in that time, his limited movies as a director at Vivid Entertainment garnering some notice. His latest release under their company banner is called Butt Works, a set of five anal scenes shot at a beach house in California a few years back. Of most interest to me was the inclusion of Remy LaCroix and Jessie Volt though I feel obligated to give a shout out to former performer Aria Austin from Texas, Aleksa Nicole as cute a Latina as you will find, and Asian Mia Lelani included to round out the cast. The guys included Pete in a few scenes, Ramon Nomar and Toni Ribas, not exactly the best cast ever for the well regarded company but they did engage in the advertised anal in each scene. The back cover described the production like this: “We took a bunch of hot chicks to the beach, including Remy LaCroix and Jessie Volt, and grabbed some of the biggest-dicked studs we could find, a could tubs of lube, and had an ass-fucking fest you won't soon forget. Not all the cast was created equally so while they all engaged in anal action, some were much better at it than others, the end result a moderately satisfying outcome though hardly the best you will find. In short, Butt Works was designed to inspire those of you seriously into anal sex, Remy and Jessie leading the way but the movie well worth a look all around so check it out.
