Many of the performers appeared to be European (some of this was because of their background settings and clues) as well but I didn't recognize half of them or more.

Extra's: After the obligatory 3 minutes of sex commercials (phone lines and an enhancement drink), you get to the main menu where you can relive your wonderful moments watching the spam or play the movie itself but there were no true extras here.

Audio/Video Quality: Pooper Fuckers was presented in two separate sections as directed by a variety of uncredited folks for release in compilation form by Raw Flesh; the company website showing about a hundred generic compilations but no other information. The first five scenes (each lasting around 14 minutes after the 21 minute opening scene with the cover gal) were presented in an MPEG-2, 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, ~4 Mbps bitrate for the video and a 1536 Kbps 2.0 LPCM audio coding. The video was slightly jumpy but the lighting decent enough and the camera not to haphazardly applied here. The women were not always made to look their best but it was better looking than some compilations by bigger companies except that a number of the scenes were already underway when they came up. The audio on this section was annoying because aside from having no separation, there was clearly dubbing and looping going on, the lips often moving with no vocals heard. The editing was heavy handed too but for a low budget stroke compilation, you could do worse. The second set of scenes had a similar bitrate but looked to be taken from a completely different set of masters; all placed together to last 140:27 minutes. The audio for these scenes was in 2.0 Dolby Digital English with 192 Kbps bitrate and it sounded much clearer, though still far from top quality. If any of the scenes were shot by the same directors as the first batch, you wouldn't know it; while they were not great looking, they had different issues to fuss about. Keep in mind the old adage: "You get what you pay for".

Body of Review: Compilations have become increasingly popular in porn these days as a means by which consumers try to get better value for their money. Instead of seeing a single scene of a particular kind of action or with a specific performer, they can get a heaping helping of their favorite niche with the realization that if a scene or two sucks goat turds, you can move on to the next without caring. Well, with the tens of thousands of scenes on the market these days, perhaps hundreds of thousands of them, the potential for such compilations is very high even if most companies drop the ball. You're unlikely to see Wicked Pictures sharing scenes with Club Jenna for example so any "best of" Jenna Jameson DVD set will be limited to the output by a specific company. That brings me to today's review of Pooper Fuckers, the 6th release by a company I had never heard of called Raw Flesh. A cursory search of the internet yielded no clues as to where the ten scenes came from originally, many of them apparently from foreign sources. A single condom was used in one scene but otherwise the theme here was supposed to be anal sex. Sadly, this was not always the case here since not all of the ladies did anal.

I'm not going to struggle through ten scenes with no credits to work with and a lack of anything by the company showing they cared. The DVD can be found for about $7 at Adult DVD Empire and the only scene I was pretty sure I recognized was the one from Here Cum The Brides 3 starring Missy Monroe, Alex Sanders, and Sascha thanks to her bridal outfit. Otherwise, there was nothing special to like here as the scenes were often already underway when they were shown and the production values varied so very much. With so many compilations on the market with extra material, previously unavailable material, decent technical values, and even labeling so you will know if you already have the scenes on a previous release, Pooper Fuckers struck me as pretty lame. At least two of the scenes had no anal, half of them started underway, and the technical values were so weak that I felt a rating of anything less than Burn It wouldn't be fair but it was so cheap to pick up and some of the scenes did show some strokable material so I was torn and ended up rating it merely as a Skip It unless you are in the market for dirt cheap, disposable porn.

Summary: Pooper Fuckers was a trial to get through for a guy like me that often gets some of the highest production quality porn to review. I dig seeing the raw energy some of the smaller companies have provided in the past though so I often allow myself to explore titles based on promising comments I have heard online, whether a title or director has won some prestigious award, or simply because I know someone in the cast made a rare appearance worth checking out. In this case, Pooper Fuckers listed none of the people involved in making it on either side of the camera, did not list where the original scenes came from, and appeared to be tossed together without any thought given the various issues raised. It may still suit some of you for a single round of pocket pool but I'd rather see the company go back to the drawing board and present the material in a better light before giving it a nod at this time.
