Note: The Hustler Exxxotica 3 & 4 boxed set was just a combination of the original releases as previously reviewed. For the most part, the comments made stand up under the close light of scrutiny even this long after their publishing so here's the bottom-line: if you like seeing attractive women having sex, the value of the two DVDs went up considerably since the set costs about the same as the two movies did previously.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the standard 1.33:1
ratio full frame color. Like previous volumes, the color and clarity were well done and accurate (including the flesh tones) but there was some grain in a few of the less well lit shots. The DVD transfer was also solid although I did see a compression artifact once or twice. The stereo audio was clear in most cases but the dubbing wasn't the best I've heard.

Body of Review: Pierre Woodman, once performer and now director, is known far and wide for his anal themed shows. Despite various rumors as to his recruiting practices, no one has ever suggested that he put a gun to a performer's head and forced them to do anything for the large sums of money he offered them. That said, I recall reviewing a two part DVD set of his a while back named: Hustler Exxxotica Volume 1 & 2. I really liked it so I obtained this sequel, still set in the lush tropics with scenery that competed with the attractive women cast in the show. Once again Pierre has shown a taste for well shot scenes and good looking women. Here's a breakdown of the cast by performer (as best I could identify them):

Scene One: Perfect Pickup: Vishna, a cute brunette shown on the middle of the DVD cover, Alain and Sebastian had a scene in and around a pool. Anal with DP after the other stuff and the action seemed warm.

Scene Two: Beach Stroll: Barbara, the dark skinned beauty on the right side of the front DVD cover, Kevin, and Pascal had a scene on a beach that also included anal with a DP before the facial. More technically proficient but lacking some of the warmth from the previous scene, it was okay to watch.

Scene Three: Practice Is Over: Liliana, a lean hard-body with bleached blonde hair, and Hugo, had a scene after kicking around a ball for awhile. Set outside, the two did it on a pad set on a large lawn in the open. She seemed skilled but her impression of Linda Blair in the Exorcist was a bit off-putting. It was warmish in most ways with some minor chemistry to compliment the energy.

Scene Four: Poolside: Maria, the gal on the left side of the DVD cover, and Alain, had a scene in the pool. They got right down to business without any real foreplay which is not a plus in my book. She acted like she had never done anal before as well which may appeal to some of you, but not me. Pass.

Scene Five: River Adventure: Alma, Daniella, two of the darker skinned beauties here, and Pascal, had a scene after boating around some great scenery awhile. Good scene in how the gals acted like they were into it and the background.

Summary: I suppose this is Hustler's answer to the much more expensive release by Digital Playground Island Fever 2 and some, perhaps many, would argue that Pierre's scenery was more attractive with the women hotter in their sexual antics. Regardless, I think this follow-up was as good a value as the 2 part set but it still merits a rating of Recommended.

Body of Review: Hustler's series that shows lush tropical locations and young, beautiful gals who enjoy anal, Hustler Exxxotica continues with Volume 4. This time, a new batch of women take the guys on a journey of frolicking in the sunny landscape, much like Exxxotica Volume 3. If you like them young looking, willing to have hardcore sex, and appreciate great landscapes, this may well be a show for you to enjoy with your significant other. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast:

Scene One: Mickaella, the lean little Black gal on the front DVD cover, and Pascal, had a scene in the outside pool of a motel. Most of her sexual antics were slow and controlled, and he went along for the ride, but the mechanical nature of the scene left me somewhat cold. Like most women in Woodman's movies, she did anal but not like she enjoyed it.

Scene Two: Manuella, the cutie with the red flower in her hair on the front DVD cover, and Kevin, had a scene on a small beach by the ocean. There was no anal action here but the energy level was higher so it's a trade-off as to whether or not fans will enjoy it. Personally, I thought it was pretty warm.

Scene Three: Carolina, a tiny Asian gal and the only one not on the front DVD cover (probably because she looked 14 years old), Sebastian, and Pascal, had a scene on a couch indoors. With all the great scenery in this movie, that's the best they could do? Sheesh! The sex included a DP with all the trimmings and didn't work for my tastes.

Scene Four: Karina, the gal wearing the pinkish/red bikini on the DVD cover, and Hugo, had a scene on a small boat at sea. The dubbing was really bad but the action was pretty warm and included anal.

Scene Five: Rachel, the brunette on the upper right-hand side of the DVD cover, and Alain, had a scene by some beautiful waterfalls. The lighting wasn't great, even though it was outdoors, and the camera work reduced the heat a lot. There was only oral and straight sex only this time.

Summary: Of the five scenes, only two of them worked for me to any real degree. As such, that merits it a rating of Rent It, which was a drop from earlier recommendations. The cast wasn't as hot looking, as sexually driven, and the technical factors not as well handled so hopefully, things will get better.

Boxed Set Summary: Rating older movies that are combined together is a tricky proposition since the weaknesses of the one tend to overshadow the strengths of the other more often than not. In terms of value, the set provided over 200 minutes of material for the price of a single DVD. In terms of fuck for the buck value, that's really solid although I'll be the first to admit that the true value depends on what you think of the cast and its performances. I've seen a lot of porn since originally watching these two movies and I'd be misleading you if I told you the sex here was the best I've seen in months but the attractive cast did seem to look a bit fresher when I popped these two movies into my DVD player last week (before remembering I'd seen them before) and I think the set was worth a rating of Recommended to many fans out there looking for a bargain.
