Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.78:1 ratio widescreen color which is not the standard ratio for porn at this time. My biggest problem with the picture was that it had a washed out look with a slightly soft focus. In general, it was clear other than that but some video noise was present in a few scenes as well. The audio was presented in Dolby Digital stereo but I didn't hear any separation between the channels and it sounded hollow in each scene. On a technical note, I couldn't get the DVD to play in my Toshiba player or a friend's RCA but it posed no problems with my computer.

Body of Review: A lot of guys like seeing women with panties on (hoping, perhaps, to see the gal take them off). It doesn't matter what type of female underwear either although skimpy seems to work well for my libido. That said, Hustler has a new series out, Inside My Panties 3 where some chaps from down under (Australia) have sex with a bunch of gals that wear panties at the beginning of each scene. They then work the gals into a frenzy and off the panties come when the two fuck each other's brains out (at least that's the concept). When I reviewed the first volume of the series, Inside My Panties 1, I liked the show enough to recommended it but the Second Volume wasn't as good. Now that the third volume has come out, here's a look to see how well it compares to the first two releases. Here's the breakdown by scene:

Scene One: Scarlet, a blonde with a lean body, starts off the movie by walking in on her guy, Jazz, in the kitchen. He rubs her panties a bit and then the real sex begins with oral to each of them, straight and then some anal to finish her off. They were energetic together but there didn't seem to be much chemistry.

Scene Two: Elizabeth, an attractive looking gal, took on two guys, Guy and Mark, in a scene that included the usual panty play as well as oral, straight, anal and a DP (ending with a facial). It was pretty warm and she seemed to know how to milk a nut.

Scene Three: Michelle, a decent looking gal, took care of Viper(?) in the living room of the flat. She wasn't into the sex so the heat was minimal but she wasn't hard on the eyes. The scene included oral and straight only with no anal.

Scene Four: Teoni and Sarah had a lesbian scene together on a couch. The two gals were attractive and appeared to like eating at the Y, with the scene ending as they used a dildo to bone. Yum!

Scene Five: Karina, a gal with girl next-door looks, took on her male in the bathroom. It started out with her blowing him, him returning the favor, and then some straight sex. It wasn't the warmest scene of the show but it was worth watching a couple of times.

Scene Six: Estella and Scarlet had a threesome with a man (Tony?). Both gals were lean and willing so they all licked and sucked one another off to prepare for the festivities. Estella even put on a strap on dildo to give her pal a technical DP and the ending result was a mixture of oral, straight and anal pleasure. On a technical, it was a good scene but on an aesthetic level it was pretty warm too.

Summary: I think this earned a rating of Rent It, due mainly for the problems I had getting it to work. The sex and female cast were good enough to earn a higher rating and the Behind the Scenes featurette added some real value but you'll want to make sure it plays in your DVD player before shelling out your hard earned money.
