Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the industry standard, 1.33:1 ratio full frame color with stereo English audio. It sounded a bit hollow at times with the music set a bit high but otherwise the audio wasn't much of a problem. The picture was somewhat weak at times and the dvd transfer was not the best (thankfully Vivid has been working on improving this type of issue in more recent releases). The picture was often faded or grainy with video noise problems throughout. Fans of Raylene's will appreciate that her scenes here look at least as good as in the features they were taken from.

Body of Review: Raylene, the redhead with large implants and a host of tattoos, not to mention a curvy body, was one of Vivid's most prolific contract performers a few years back. She enjoyed sex with men and women, showing few limits as she took anal like a champ and moaned as though she'd get a bonus from the director. I've seen her dance in person and remember she was trying to break into the music industry not long ago. While she may not be making movies any more (if she is, she's keeping a low profile), the folks at Vivid seem to have a lot of her older catalog titles on file and a willingness to release them on compilation DVD's. The latest of which is pretty good and comes from their latest line, Nasty As I Wanna Be: Raylene. The show had ten scenes with her in them and the three bonus scenes also featured the curvy gal so if you like her look and performance on screen, read the following breakdown of the scenes by movie, director, cast and action:

Scene One: Artemesia: D-Paul Thomas: Raylene and Bobby had a short scene in bed that started off with some kissing, moved to oral, and then proceeded to the screwing. It looked like she took in anally here and he came on her ass. I would've liked it better but her screaming sounded really fake.

Scene Two: Bad Wives 2: D-Paul Thomas: Raylene, April, Ryan and Randy had a scene in a jail cell at night. It was too short for my tastes but the sex was varied and fun to watch. It was a pretty good scene except for the face Randy made at the end.

Scene Three: Where The Boys Aren't 12: D-Eddie Edwards: Devon, Jenteal, and Raylene, three of Vivid's best performers over the years, had a scene outside on what appeared to be a western ranch. They were playful and seemed to enjoy themselves with a lot of licking going on as well as a strap-on dildo used for a little while. The picture looked great for much of the scene and I hope Vivid is going to make other compilations look this good.

Scene Four: Couchtails: D-Mark Stone: Raylene, Mark and Ian had a scene on a bed. She was playful with Mark and seemed to tolerate Ian in another short scene. The music was set too loudly and I liked her body stocking (too bad she couldn't keep it on). Both guys dropped loads on her face at the end, with Mark only getting oral loving.

Scene Five: Dangerous Intent: D-Robert April: Raylene, Pat and Ian had a scene on a bench. Ian got orally pleased while Pat got some poon tang and ass for his penis to enjoy. Both of the guys jerked their loads onto her breasts at the end of the scene.

Scene Six: Where The Boys Aren't 13: D-Eddie Edwards: Janine took her time with Raylene in this scene from the popular lesbian series. I've liked this scene in the past but it's been included too many times in other compilations to receive full credit. The two worked well together and fans of rimming and anal fingering will especially enjoy it.

Scene Seven: Hidden Desires: D-Michael Raven: April and Ava, both cuties, had a lesbian scene with Raylene assisting about half way through. Very nice scene if you like gal on gal action like I do. The scene was edited from its original length and that lowered the heat a bit on an otherwise warm scene.

Scene Eight: Sex And The Stranger: D-Cody: Raylene and Buck had a scene that included anal but it was definitely edited as the entire length was under 2.5 minutes and it started in the midst of him banging her.

Scene Nine: Zoom: D-Robby D.: Raylene and Mark had a scene that started off with him fingering her on a bed. She was very energetic here and I liked the way her ass jiggled as he plowed her vagina (she always seemed to worry about a slightly flabby ass when I took her picture a while back). I believe the scene was edited too since it was already in progress when the fade-in began and that's a pain for me. Otherwise she rode him hard and walked away wet.

Scene Ten: Where The Boys Aren't 14: D-Chi Chi LaRue: Briana, Jenna, Taylor and Raylene all got together in a big lesbian bash with male strippers in the background. The scene was hot!

Summary: I liked a few scenes here a bunch but the best ones were already released on other compilations, lowering the value for me. If you don't have one of her other titles from Vivid, and are looking for a decent compilation, this is worth a Rent It from me, due to the fact that several scenes seemed to be edited and the technical limitations, while okay, weren't enough to compensate for the problems.
