Audio/Video Quality: Just The Two Of Us was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by director David Stanley for Girlfriends Films. David used Mike Towers and B. Skow to assist him on cameras. There was no continuous company watermark on the screen, the use of a variety of settings for the scenes including strong lighting, “Tony Peaches” credited with editing. The aural components by “Bina” were fair enough too, the 2.0 Dolby Digital encoding added in during post production to limit the background noises, the vocals easily heard in most cases though a bit hollow.

Body of Review: David Stanley needs no introduction on the pages of XCritic, the talented director promoted at great length here even before he used to blog for us years ago. He ran afoul of company politics and sales for a few places, deciding to move away from the destructive industry and raise a family, dabbling by writing for B. Skow in a number of the talented director’s most creative endeavors. David now rejoins the porn world with his first flick in years, piggybacking on Skow’s deal with Girlfriends Films to release Just The Two Of Us. Unlike some of David’s recent forays into dark territory, this seemed to be a pretty straightforward look at marital fidelity with starlets like Nadia Styles, Charley Chase, and Kasey Warner, some laughs included for those who don’t take things too seriously. The back cover described the movie like this: “After discovering her husband's infidelity, Betty, a sexually conservative woman who hasn't slept with him in years, seeks out the advice of her much more liberated sister, Amy, in order to save her marriage. When Amy tells Betty that the key to a successful union doesn't lie in monogamy, but in having sex with as many other people as possible while your partner watches! Betty takes Amy's advice and reinvigorates not only her stale marriage, but her long-dormant sex drive as well in ways that even Amy never imagined Betty would.”

The company press release then said this: “After a four-year break, award-winning director David Stanley returns to the director’s chair in Skow for Girlfriends Films erotic feature, “Just the Two of Us.” The movie is now shipping from Girlfriends Films. “David has a great knack for mixing engaging stories and characters with great sex,” said B. Skow, the head of Skow for Girlfriends Films. “This time, he ups the ante by blending sibling rivalry with repressed erotic impulses that suddenly explode in sexual abandon. It’s a movie that is incredibly compelling and definitely one of his best!” Stanley’s “Just the Two of Us” tells the story of two sisters – Amy, who is sexually liberated, and Betty who is sexually repressed. But when Betty seeks out advice of her much more liberated sister in order to save her marriage, Amy tells her the key to a successful union is in having sex with as many people as possible, while her husband watches! A desperate Betty takes Amy’s advice and is soon able to reinvigorate her marriage along with her long-dormant sex drive! “Just the Two of Us” features five sex scenes, including a three-way boy/girl, one girl/girl, and one footjob. The final two boy/girl scenes are part of a four-way, where the sisters swap husbands. The movies stars Nadia Styles and Charley Chase as the sisters, plus Kasey Warner, Evan Stone, Alec Knight and Anthony Rosano. “I’m very happy and excited to be working with B. Skow and his great team,” said Stanley, who also wrote the film. “This movie has everything that I love about working in the industry – a very talented cast, great performances, and the creative and technical support that makes good movies great!”” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Nadia Styles, wearing a sleek black dress and some stripper shoes, was up first giving moper Alec Knight some prolonged foot job action, starting at the bar before they moved to the SUV, Alec sucking her pantyhose covered feet before she used them to drain his dragon of sperm. I’ll be frank with readers that such a specialty scene as one of the few scenes in a movie lost some points for me though if you adore feet jerking a guy off, you might find it of special interest. Alec applied some hand to gland friction to finish himself off and douse her tootsies with cum for those who care.

Scene Two: Nadia Styles, next up in bed wearing a black and white dress that showed off her cleavage, next pulled on some black stockings as she rubbed her feet on frisky Evan Stone, the man kissing her foot as she teased him further. Scene Four: Charley Chase, Nadia Styles, Anthony Rosano and Evan Stone, were up last as the ladies came to terms about expanding their sexual repertoire with the men in their lives. The men were totally neurotic about it but as things slowly started to heat up when they sat on the old fashioned couch together, the ladies took to their friend’s husband so Nadia actively worked over Anthony’s character (who she hated) as Charley bounced on the raging erection of Evan, who she never cared much for, the oral and vaginal tryst enhanced by the enthusiasm and energy of the ladies. Given how flat most of the sex in the movie was to this point, the scene was a welcome change of pace, though how the scene menu could mistake Anthony for Alec is a mystery to me. The quartet remained together on the small couch and had fun, Nadia’s bald beaver getting a big nut on it before Charley took Evan’s load to her stockinged feet.

Bonus Scene: Proud Parents: Casey Calvert, last up in some skimpy pink and black lingerie, was then paired with aging lothario Kurt Lockwood, Scott’s comments about the man strikingly accurate. Casey had her hand placed on his package and was soon sucking the top half of his rod, Kurt working his fingers in both her ass and pussy as she kept a close eye on the camera. This led to a very brief standing 69 and Kurt savoring her bald beaver and ass, a few positions of vaginal sex leading to her sucking his head while stimulating his ass (the camera angle did not exactly to what degree she was fingering him) and tossing his salad before he porked her perfect pucker slowly. She was much more active during the vaginal parts of the tryst but showed promise during the anal cowgirl variations, Kurt nutting on her face in what was not a bad encounter at all.

Summary: Just The Two Of Us by director David Stanley for Girlfriends Films was more of a specialty flick about foot fetish with extra marital sex issues tossed in for good measure so for a general audience I rated the movie as a Rent It. I like Nadia Styles and Charley Chase just fine but felt as a viewer I didn’t get as much as I expected so your mileage may well vary, especially if you were expecting another dark twisted David Stanley release. In short, Just The Two Of Us was not advertised as a fetish dominated experience and the suggestion that it had “five scenes” was a curious one that I would deny with my dying breath, the quirky comedy worth a look for some but not as broad an audience as usual.
