The premiere scene in Scarlett Revell's appropriately titled 'Mindfuck' begins as we see adorable mega-star Skin Diamond, playing the role of a deranged psychopath wrapped in a straightjacket. Skin begins the scene in a frenzy, drooling and shouting before she's approached by a couple of no-nonsense nurses in the form of Adrianna Luna and Celeste Star. Adrianna and Celeste are dressed in conservative fetish-themed nurse attire, and begin the scene with an attempt to control their subject in the early moments, but when all other attempts fail they choose to lay her down on a gurney and shove an electro-shock dildo wand into her vagina. Works every time. Celeste does most of the talking here, teasing and tormenting Skin as her co-worker stands beside her and helps in matters by keeping her held down. A solid scene here with an underlying theme that leaves the viewer in wonder but hot sex nonetheless.

The next scene begins in conclusion to the last, with Jayden Lee abruptly opening her eyes and unknowingly sitting next to a doctor, played by Ramon Nomar. Upon Jayden's initial disorientation, Ramon explains to her that she is now a part of Skin's subconscious, and he is simply a dream. It's a bit hard to follow but that's what I took from this short introductory segment. The action sets in with a solidly slopped up blowjob from the beautiful Jayden, with her blatant red lipstick smearing all over Ramon's meat whistle as it continues. Sex sets in with a standing doggie style fuck from Ramon, with the lovely Jayden being captured wonderfully for the home viewers to see. Anal begins in the later stages of the scene, with sex continuing to stay strong and have an outstanding intensity form both stars throughout. The sweat and overall filth factor here is also quite wonderful,as Jayden continues to drive Ramon into an absolute frenzy by way of sloppy ATM's and gorgeous hole-gapes before he finishes her off. The scene reaches it's finale when Ramon squirts his dick sauce mainly over Jayden's breasts, with the screen ultimately fading soon afterwards. A nice scene here that certainly runs longer than any other in the film, with a solid intensity that probably serves as the most memorable to me personally than any other in the film.
