The Movie: Sometimes  being  an all out  asshole and  prick makes you  see things in a  different light  when you  see your life passing  before you, especially when you are at  death's door.  What  turns out to  be a flash  back of how  things  should have  been Sean played by Randy Spears  tries to atone for his mistakes with  his  co-worker as  well as his  wife and mistresses. Ironic as it seems pay back is as they say a real bitch. Though it's a short flick it does have enough to keep you watching.

Audio/Video: Making Amends is presented in 16:9 ratio anamorphic widescreen colors, shot and mastered in HD, directed by Francois Clousot, distributed by Wicked Pictures. The picture had a very grainy look to it with little distortion and the flesh tones came through as almost perfect. The audio is presented in Wicked's usual 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround which didn't test my speakers nor did it come off as too loud making it easy to listen too.

Bonus Scene: Mikayla's Mind: Mikayla & Randy Spears:

What Worked:

What Didn't:

I can't place my  finger on it  but from having the pleasure of reviewing more than my  fair share of  films directed  by François Clousot, Making Amends was just too predictable for my  taste.  The sex was too tamed but  still makes for a good couples flick.

The first scene with Alektra and Rocco didn't have even steam to make water boil.. The sex was lukewarm to say the least. What I did like is when she shoved the flowered back at Randy and verbally letting him have it.

Brooke and Mikayla are two very beautiful women that should be able to create one hell of a sexually charge scene, but fail to connect on that level.

The explanation of the  who's and  whys  took too much  time away  from the sex. Sometimes it does work but in this case, more time should have been spent on the actual fucking

Final Thoughts: While  I stated  above that  Making Amends makes for a  good  soft core couples  flick, and I can't help to think why the sex came off as so  tame. Unlike his other movies, François Clousot needed to  bring  out more of what he has done in his other movies in heating up the screen. I am a fan of his  work and this one left me  a bit  disappointed and wanting more. Making Amends is more of a  " Rent It" for those that want to  see it  before adding it to ones collection.
