Audio/Video Quality: Jack's Big Tit Show Blu-ray was presented in 1.78:1 ratio, 1080p resolution, widescreen as shot by Robby D. for release by Digital Playground using the AVC codec. This was shot with at least as much care as most volumes of the series, using more light and reducing the grain considerably in many cases to some of the few weaker volumes in the series. This held true for the video noise and other visual matters although I know Robby tends to add those to instill a sense of gonzo and texture to the series. Without resorting to listing the hardly noticeable visual elements that didn't work 100%, suffice it to say that some scenes were incredibly well handled and the others were still above average (and that says a lot considering Robby's credentials in camera work). The fleshtones were accurate and I saw no compression artifacts so even the DVD mastering was on par with the usual Digital Playground treatment (even the flaring lights that rarely came up were minimal). The 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround sound with a 48 kHz sampling rate was pretty good but it was also apparent that the vocals were recorded in monaural and the track processed later to provide the 5.1 so don't think you're going to showcase your home theater set up with this one any more than you would with a typical gonzo production made elsewhere. The vocals were typically easy to hear (with a few exceptions) and the special effects were cut way back this time to allow the action to speak for itself.

Body of Review: If you've ever watched one of the Jack's Playground pornos, be it the actual series or any of the multitude of spin off shows, you'll know that the idea behind that has director Robby D. as an aspiring music video director who picks up women for his friends to record as they have sex. He uses lots of humor and situational comedy compared to other gonzo porn, typically providing something unique compared to the cookie cutter formulaic porn most of us are so weary of. His latest release in the series is a one shot title called Jack's Big Tit Show Blu-ray where the cover said: "Jack's at it again! In his playground, Jack is busy casting for music videos. The delicious girls will do anything for stardom. Some suck, some fuck, some masturbate but they all get naked and show big beautiful, bouncing titties for the camera. There's more than a mouthful and more than a handful of big boobies bursting out of their bras. We don't know what band is going to use the footage on T.V. but we guarantee that all the bands are going to use the footage for something. Put it in and pull it out. We dare you. There's a lot of tease and a lot of action and it's all entertaining. Forget professional, this volume is all about big, hot, bouncing boobs. It's hot and kinky and Jack's found a new niche." I'll be the first to admit that some of the volumes in the series have had a bit of forced humor (he's been making them monthly without breaks for a long time) but there tends to be more fun to go with the stroke value than you'll find elsewhere. Here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used and all the ladies had ample breasts:

Tease 1: Sara Stone, playing a figment of Jack's imagination, was up first as he talked on his cell phone about the whole music video scam. She kept popping up and showing her fantastic breasts, which felt as real as could be to the hallucinating director. Sadly, I had to wait to see more of her but it was a cute teaser of things to come.

Tease 2: Jelena Jensen, the gal on the right hand side of the front DVD cover, was next up as a teaser, getting more screen time than Sara but still falling far short of what I wanted to see in a scene, pranced around in a netted top and micro-mini skirt to my delight.

Scene One: Nadia Hilton, the bleached blonde who looked a bit like Naomi Knight (in the upper left hand corner of the front DVD cover), was up in the first actual sex scene, partnering up with a mope by the name of Nick Jacobs. She also looked like the singer from an old band I used to like, Transvision Vamp, and he had more spots on his dick than Herschel Savage but after getting all hot & bothered by the two teasing hotties that started off the show, I could've jerked off to old Saturday morning cartoons by this point. Scene Two: Naomi Knight, the blonde on the upper left hand corner of the front cover I mentioned previously, was up next in a true solo scene that was more than the tease footage offered by Sara and Jelena but not a true pairing like the other gals had to offer. I appreciated that Robby was willing to experiment with the format more than usual here; always keeping the audience guessing in order to add to the spontaneity of the scenes (something missing in almost all porn in fact). Her red outfit was perfect on her body and when she masturbated, I got the impression that she was really getting off with that sweet curvy body of hers. It's a running theme in the Jack series that he's the only guy outside of porn reviewers to be left high and dry in terms of getting any, and it actually makes the scenes a lot funnier when his efforts are stifled (though less funny when the reviewers are cheated out of getting any). I haven't seen all of her work but I've seen enough to know that she represents the state better than just about anyone else in terms of solid performances (with men, women, or even by herself). The scene was great right from the beginning as it showed the playful, enthusiastic side of the series, with some great tease in the form of oiling them up. Of all the sex scenes, not teases, from the movie, this one served as the best in terms of breast play. The titty fuck was short but sweet, as was the oral, but the vaginal boning showed her having fun. The only thing I didn't like about the scene was the fact that she didn't ride as aggressively as I've seen her elsewhere (it ended with a titty pop too).

Summary: Jack's Big Tit Show Blu-ray had a lot of fuck for the buck and plenty of breasts on hand to enjoy as well. The sex wasn't the best of the series but the tease footage alone had as much stroke value as shows lasting twice as long with a variety of gals showcased nicely. I figured that a rating of Recommended was fair although the lack of extras was balanced out by a running time of over two hours (my most common complaint for the series and it's spin offs is running time and lack of extras). I think that these side projects provide Robby with a chance to mix things up a bit more than he usually does and that helps reinvigorate the other titles too so it gets points for that as well. In short, Jack's Big Tit Show in Blu-ray was bouncy good fun and I hope he makes another volume soon but I found the high definition upgrade to be well worth a look or twelve given the cast this time and how much clearer the visuals were on such an older project.
