Audio/Video Quality: Big Teen Butts volume 1 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by another uncredited director for release by Hundies as their latest release under the banner of Pure Play Media using the MPEG-2 codec and a 480i resolution. The camera work was choppy and looked like an amateur shot it, zooming in too tightly and otherwise showing a lot of extraneous movement as the gals teased and had sex. The lighting was decent most of the time, limiting the grain and video noise as a result, but the fleshtones seemed slightly off in a few cases too. The editing was basic and generally added a bit to the production but it still looked kind of low end to me most of the time. The DVD mastering showed no obvious edge enhancement but there were a few compression artifacts that might have been related to the mastering process. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in 192 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate) with no separation and limited dynamic range; the gals moaning repetitively and the music not a factor.

Body of Review: Hundies is one of the many companies distributed by Pure Play Media, taking their internet shot scenes and releasing them on DVD to provide fans the cream of the proverbial crop (at least in regards to what they shot). As such, the scenes are not tied to a feature, nor are they thematically linked in any meaningful manner, the idea being that over time, they have accumulated a sizable back catalog of work, much of it worthy for collecting in the eyes of devoted fans (of particular starlets). That said, here is a look at Big Teen Butts volume 1, a selection of five scenes with hotties such as Sunny Lane, Maya Hills, and Cody Lane. The ladies were not doing anal here, there was little tease to speak of, and the men were strictly lower tier but as cheap as the front cover looked, I figured it was worth a look. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Cody Lane, the well tanned brunette spotted on the right hand side of the front cover, was up first as she sat on the couch discussing little of importance, the director and Joe Blow selling her on the idea of modeling for them. Because the type of shooting involved swimsuit material, they needed to see her ass and out of her clothing, the scenario about as common as the pizza delivery boy used to be long ago. She shook her ass and bent over, Cody and Joe soon getting frisky after he oiled her ass. The abrupt transition to the sex was among the worst I've ever seen, simply cutting from the oiling to his cock in her pussy. She did some taste testing on him, adding in some dirty talk, and actively rode him but it was very cheap looking given the whole scene. The scene ended when Joe rubbed out a wad of genetic juice to her mouth and it cut away quickly again.

Scene Two: Maya Hills, a well known anal princess, was up next on the couch wearing bikini underwear and pigtails, shaking her ass as the director told her too. This was more of a straightforward approach that gave up the lame dialogue in favor of moper Jenner just getting to stick his tongue in her ass and finger her before she slobbed his knob. The oral by both of them was on the mediocre side, their vaginal screwing at least showing a touch more energy. Maya was slow at first but became aggressive later on, the repeated penetration wearing on her puffy pussy though I liked how she gyrated her hips. Maya was loud about the sex (pornishly so) and took the mouth pop well enough, the scene cutting out quickly after she kicked back.

Scene Three: Allyssa Hall, a light haired gal with a big smile, was up next as she bent over in her cheerleader outfit, again blowing off any acting in favor of her giddy routine. She teased and giggled, claiming to want a cock in her mouth so she took the opportunity to blow Mike Deez when the pale moper walked over to her. He then pounded into her passive body until she sat on his rod, showing her largely untapped potential once she was able to do so. Scene Four: Stephanie Cane, the cute brunette seen featured on the middle of the front cover, was up next as she posed for lame Kurt Lockwood. He was a photographer in the scenario and acted somewhat gay (well, "acted" is a bit of a stretch), her attractive body appealing even to him. Stephanie was not overly active in most positions and soon took the wad of spew to her face, her "glazed and confused" look amusing.

Scene Five: Sunny Lane, the best known hotty on the entire disc as featured on the far left hand side of the cover, was up last as she portrayed a music lover in search of a free swimsuit. The curvy cutie stripped for Jack Vegas and the director, always spending ample time looking at the camera just as she displayed some "junk in her trunk". The tease footage was okay and her wanton hair went all over the place, a terrible edit moving from the booty shaking to his dick in her mouth. Sunny gave some decent head as she sloppily worked him over in her mouth, then mechanically pumping on his rod in a few positions without much discussion from him. I liked her dirty talk and fleshy body but it was as mechanical as the other four scenes and did not merit a second look given her wealth of better stuff on the market. His aim was lame but it hit her face just the same.

Summary: Big Teen Butts volume 1 by Hundies showed that even a well regarded company could release a dude of a fuck flick, most of the ladies either older than the advertised "teen" nomenclature or only possessing a marginally "big butt" so I rated this as a Skip It unless you're a huge fan of the cast. The technical limitations, weak extras, and lack of chemistry were such that it just did not come across as a good value. In short, Big Teen Butts volume 1 will hopefully be the weakest volume in the prospective series, the name talent here certainly not at their best.
