The video was presented in 16:9 widescreen format.  The picture is fairly good quality, and is touted as begin shot in HD.  This is becoming more common and is appreciated.  The quality is definitely visible during the close-up penetration shots.  The scenes are well lit and I did not notice any camera issues.  The audio was in Dolby 2.0 and quite clear.  I think the level of the dialog was a bit low, so you may need to turn up the volume during the instructional section. 

Body of Review:

I think this would be a good instructional tool for those that want to experiment with anal sex for the first time.  There is no groundbreaking advice given, and most of the information can be found online.  The three sex scenes were on the mild side, which is good to not scare away first-timers

Because of this, and the short runtime, I suggest you rent it.
