Extras: There was a slip case and double sided DVD cover (one side more explicit than the other). The disc then started out with a few trailers, some spam, and a FSC commercial about the troubles with porn piracy (don’t do it). There were then three bonus scenes, one from Busty Cops starring Jenna Presley & Tommy Gunn, one from Couples Camp 2 with Lisa Ann & Allie Haze, and a third from The Booty Pageant starring Lisa Ann and Ritchie Calhoun. There was then a 10:24 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Lee Snijders that gave Lisa Ann a lot of screen time, a photogallery, more trailers, a promotional reel, and more spam.

Audio/Video Quality: Lisa Ann: Can’t Say No was presented in widescreen as shot by director Jonathan Morgan for Wicked Pictures. The lighting varied per scene, the outdoor scenes looking best, and the editing provided a distinctly artistic look here. The production values were strong and this had less “in your face” sexuality than most titles coming from the competition out there, allowing Lisa Ann to build up some heat and establish chemistry between her and a few of her partners. The flesh tones were accurate and while it used slow motion during some tease sequences, this was not a common aspect of the production. The aural qualities of the movie were also interesting, the music and vocals easily heard with a fair amount of connection thematically to the visual elements.

Body of Review: Jonathan Morgan has long been one of my favorite comedy directors in porn, his past works for Wicked Pictures invoking a great deal of fond memories. While I have not seen much of his work in recent years, he has established a porn resume proving he can succeed in other genres as well. Out of the blue yesterday came a new flick of his called Lisa Ann: Can’t Say No, perhaps some marketing decision to jumpstart public awareness of the company was made or maybe someone remembered how much I enjoy watching superstar Lisa Ann, the end result being this review. The six new scenes all provided a spotlight on Lisa Ann trying some new things, from a lengthy solo masturbation scene with large toys to her first POV anal to an interracial gang bang where she gets a DP (double penetration) and more, there was a lot to appreciate. I’m more familiar with the gonzo companies offering such showcase titles of performers but figured this might be a great start to seeing even more of Jonathan’s works. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Lisa Ann, the busty brunette bombshell featured on the front cover (and in every scene), was up first walking around outside on a sunny day. I have seen her in some great feature roles, outstanding gonzo releases, and all sorts of movies between those extremes so I can say that she again excels as a fuckable hotty with ample energy to carry a spotlight title like this on her own. The technical values were solid and while I might have selected her partners more carefully, the DVD merited a rating of Recommended or better, making it a distinctively “must have” movie for fans of the curvy brunette bombshell. In short, Lisa Ann: Can’t Say No gave Lisa Ann plenty of room to explore interracial action with men like Lexington Steele, an IR gang bang, a heated lesbian tryst, a BDSM-lite scene, and a POV scene as well as a bit of solo action so check it out and see why I liked it so much.
