The Movie:

Naughty America's In The Butt 4, which appears without any directorial credit, is a pretty basic affair. It's got five scenes, linked only by the anal action that the packaging highlights, but no plot or recurring themes of any kind to note. There's not much of a set up for any one of the scenes, and all in all, it's about as simple as they get. So without further ado or need for an introduction of any sort, here's a look at the five scenes that make up this release:

Scene 1 - Lisa Ann: That milf-ish brunette with the big fake boobs best known for playing Sarah Palin's XXX counterpart starts things off in an exercise room where she teases us by showing off her ass-ets (a clever pun, no?). Her man comes into the room and they do some stretches and some boring exercises that eventually leads to Lisa giving him a back rub. Regardless, this release isn't all that impressive. The last scene was the only one to really get this reviewer's blood boiling, the first four standing as mediocre. If you need a quick anal fix then this will give you enough to take matters into your own hands, but it's far from classic and as good as the last scene is, this isn't likely one you'll go back to time and again.

The DVD

Video:

This shot on digital video production looks pretty clean presented here in a reasonably stable , though sadly non-anamorphic, 1.78.1 widescreen transfer. There isn't any edge enhancement anywhere though there is a noticeable bit of mpeg compression evident throughout the entire movie. Skin tones look nice and natural, the compositions are dead on (though some of the camera work in a couple of spots is quite shaky), and aside from the fact that this digital video production looks like a digital video production and as such suffers from the minor defects usually associated with the format, everything looks as good as you'd realistically expect it to.

Sound:

The Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround track is quite sufficient. The dialogue comes through cleanly and clearly as do all of the moans and groans. There is no background music used anywhere during the feature aside from the opening credits and the levels do tend to fluctuate quite a bit from scene to shining scene but aside from that there isn't much to whine about here. The audio is fine.

Extras:

Aside from a photo gallery, and a star selection menu, this disc is disappointingly devoid of any supplements of any worth or substance.

Final Thoughts:

Worth seeing once for ass fans, In The Butt 4 doesn't quite have the staying power that it needs to garner a recommendation. It's worth renting, just to check out Jennifer White's performance, but the video quality leaves plenty of room for improvement and the barebones nature of the release doesn't do it any favors. Rent it.
