Audio/Video Quality: Here Cums The President was presented in 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by directors Lee Roy Myers & Ronald Raygun for Good Night Media. This was a standard definition project displayed in the MPEG-2 codec, the video bitrate hovering around the 5.9 Mbps area when I checked it out a few times during the movie, the lighting solid in all the scenes and no grain or video noise as a result. The composition of the shots and mix of varying angles helped it as did the balance between close ups, medium shots, and some showing the couples as a whole (long shots). The editing worked for me as well as the thematic approach, someone paying enough care to make each scenario plausible in terms of historical believability. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English with 192 Kbps aural bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate, the limited separation between the channels and modest dynamic range about standard for this type of production. The vocals were always plain enough and I could hear all that was said, albeit on a basic level, and the music was the usual presidential march theme most associate with presidents so I have to say I liked it overall on the technical levels.

Body of Review: Lee Roy Myers is best known as an award winning director of porn parodies, his still-new company called Good Night Media. Over the last few years, he has proven to be a versatile director too, beating the odds time and again to offer titles that were close enough to their mainstream counterparts that the media hailed the works as something special. His latest effort is a departure of sorts in that it is not a parody so much as a political satire, poking fun at rumored accounts of various United State Presidents and their sexual misconduct in Here Cums The President. Unlike movies from other companies that spoof individual political candidates (the most successful of which being a series starring Lisa Ann as Sarah Paylin), Lee and his partner “Ronald Raygun” offer up a series of six tributes to the oval office, presented with a tongue firmly in cheek and a wink of the eye, in a manner that entertains as well as provides the kind of heated sexual liaisons fans have come to expect of his work. Evan Stone serves as narrator for the show in the form of an aged George Washington, outlining a host of pairings that star such notables as Kristina Rose, Phoenix Marie, Lisa Ann, and others as they engage in the kind of activity we all know takes place inside the halls of power, the final result pretty strokable. The back cover described the movie like this: “All-American sex scandals. Here Cums The President is a historically accurate film parodying the sexual deviance of some of the most well-known Presidents of the United States of America. Hail to the chiefs and their horny terms in office. Washington, FDR, LBJ, Kennedy, Nixon, and Clinton sex up the White House with the hottest mistresses to ever hide under the desk in the oval office. Here Cums The President will have you saying "me likey like Ikey!"” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that some condoms were used for those still interested:

Summary: Here Cums The President by director Lee Roy Myers and writer “Ronald Raygun” for Good Night Media had the strongest sexual content of any of Lee’s movies to date, the feature elements stretching it more often than not but arguably introducing some historical speculation into the public discourse. So sexually it should work for a broad audience even if the satire elements missed the mark a bit, my rating of Recommended admittedly favoring the issues with the feature aspects more than rewarding the strength of the sexual tension created but recognizing that Lee is not “just” a parody king at this writing. In short then, Here Cums The President used a strong cast of attractive women such as Kristina Rose, Lisa Ann, Tori Black and others to make this an important step in the director’s evolution, some might argue his most strokable piece of smut ever thanks to the quality of the liaisons presented so give it a look.
