Audio/Video Quality: Angel Perverse 22 was presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Christoph Clark for Evil Angel. The camera work was mostly fluid, the editing competent, and the lighting sufficient, the overall technical assessment of the visual elements being favorable. There was a nice mix of camera angles and not so much of the close up crud that weakens so much of the gonzo output in the industry, the audio equally compliant with expectations in providing limited musical intrusion in the 2.0 Dolby Digital, 48 kHz sampling rate, and 192 Kbps aural bitrate. The majority of the ladies were foreigners and did not speak, their generic moans on the weak side (I’d rather they show some heat or emotion even if in a different language, maybe even because it might add some heat) but at least predictable.

Body of Review: Christoph Clark is one of the long time foreign directors whose works are distributed by Evil Angel. Like the other directors at the company, he has several series, some of them devoted to rough sex. As I catch up with some of his older titles, I now look at Angel Perverse 22, a set of six scenes where anal gaping was commonplace and the nasty foreign babes did all that was asked of them. If you appreciate hardcore, rough sex, this will be three hours of pretty strokable sex for you even if the replay value might revolve heavily on personal tastes. The surprise inclusion of popular domestic hotty Lisa Ann will certainly be a highlight for most fans though, others in the cast making a lot of inroads to popularity by virtue of their circus act sex stunts as described below.

Summary: Angel Perverse 22 by director Christoph Clark for Evil Angel lacked the playfulness of other company directors so focused on anal gaping or hardcore action but there was definitely enough strokable smut to justify a rating of Rent It or better. Only a couple of scenes had much replay value but the director has long been associated with pushing the limits of the ladies in such ways that his fan base continues to grow. In short then, Angel Perverse 22 was much like an enhanced gonzo title from Europe, the amount of lesbian action mixed with the ladies getting pounded anally sufficient to make checking out additional volumes in the series well worth your time. Look for Lisa Ann, Jenny Baby, Cathy Heaven, and Alysa Gap as the highlights of the cast but the others were okay too.
