Overview:   Nurse Jackie is a highly popular dramedy series on the Showtime network.  The television show follows Edie Falco, most known for her role as Carmela Soprano on HBO’s The Sopranos.  Falco plays an ER nurse who struggles to survive the chaotic job of being a life saver in New York City.  In addition to the everyday wackiness of the job and the city, Falco battles her own personal demons being addicted to painkillers.  Director Stuart Canterbury is no stranger to parodies, as he has helmed several parodies for Hustler including 2010’s This Ain’t Curb Your Enthusiasm XXX, which garnered a Recommended rating.

The flick begins to establish many of the same characters from the original series including Gloria, played by Skin Diamond.  Skin Diamond stumbles across a bag of Hustler DVDs, magazines and toys, and brings it upon herself to rub one out. There’s plenty of product placement, which is a first for me, with deliberate shots focusing in on Hustler logo and toy.  Skin plays with a red vibrating toy before moving on to the infamous rabbit.  Skin does a great job of forgetting about the camera and focusing on herself, which results in a great scene.

A scene between Lily Labeau’s Jackie and Eric Masterson’s Eddie provides some dialogue and continuity, with an additional dialogue-only scene between Lily and Kiera King.  Roxane Hall makes her entrance playing the part of Dr. O’Hara and begins treating her patient with a handjob and blowjob. Lee Stone quickly begins to perform some oral love on the doctor before laying down pipe starting with missionary.  The action between the two is decent, but Lee’s constant grunting gets annoying and begins to affect the scene.  Fortunately, Roxane’s performance overshadows Lee’s attributes and the scene finishes strongly.

Kiera King pays a visit to Jackie’s husband, played by Otto Bauer.  Kiera throws herself on to Otto, who has no problem taking advantage of Kiera and licking and eating her box.  Kiera gives a great blowjob that includes plenty of face fucking and deep throating.  The fucking between Kiera and Otto is the best scene thus far, with Kiera delivering a great scene along with her co-star.  The action is hot, especially seeing Kiera completely engaged in the scene and dripping with sweat from the pounding.  The scene closes with Otto finishing on Kiera’s tits.

Kris Slater plays the part of a sleazy doctor by the name of Cooper.  Kris stumbles upon a patient who happens to need a breast exam, played by Britney Amber.   Britney is not only a blonde-bombshell but also has an amazing rack.  For those that appreciate a thicker figure will fall in love with Britney, who has a great body all around.  Kris plays doctor and not only examines Britney’s box, but also goes face deep and thoroughly eats her out.  With Britney returning the favor, the two immediately get into some doggystyle action and ignite the scene.  The scene is great from start to finish with both performers doing a banging job.  Britney is a real treat to watch, especially with her melon’s taking most of our attention.

The fifth and final scene features our cover girl Lily Lebeau and Eric Masterson.  The scene features Lily rendezvousing with Eric in the locker room.  The two quickly begin to tease one another, with Lily delivering a wet and sloppy BJ, which leads into some 69 action.  The scene starts strong and keeps the momentum going as Lily rides reverse cowgirl.  The sexually charged scene is nothing but intense action, with Lily enjoying every stroke and dripping in sex sweat.  The high octane scene finishes with Eric blasting his load across Lily’s chest and stomach.

Special Features:  Director Stuart Canterbury and Hustler include a few extras including, a Hustler Hollywood commercial, a behind the scenes feature, a set of trailers, a photo gallery, and some company spam.  Viewers will enjoy the ten minute BTS extra, which features a few candid questions with Lily Lebeau and some production footage.  Additionally, viewers are treated to sex additional Hustler trailers.

Audio/Video Quality:  Audio is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo and is exceptionally well throughout the entire presentation.   Dialogue comes in clear and the camera mounted microphone never picks up any artifacts or distortion.  Stuart Canterbury presents This Ain’t Nurse Jackie XXX in 1.78:1 aspect ratio using the MPEG-2 codec and mastered it at 480i resolution.  Video quality is above-average, but does have room for improvement, especially with production sets looking somewhat cheap.

Final Thoughts:  This Ain’t Nurse Jackie XXX was a surprise by all accounts.  The parody began a little soft, but quickly found its pace and gained momentum.  The parody does take queues from the original program, but puts its own spin on it.  The parody has a little of everything for everyone: a solo scene, a MILF, a curvy performer, and our cover girl Lily Lebeau.  It was also interesting to note in the behind the scenes that director Stuart Canterbury shot the movie on a Canon DSLR, which may be a way of cutting costs for the studio.  Nevertheless, as parodies begin to wind down, This Ain’t Nurse Jackie XXX is an otherwise solid title from Hustler and Canterbury.
